Excellent Service and staff , looked after us and made sure we were happy ! Lots of beautiful decorations and fresh towels! Accidentally I left some of my clothes in the cupboard in our hotel room. I have contacted reception and Elana was very supportive and helpful. she packs them nicely and send them to my address by Australia post. Thanks a lot Elana. The hotel is superb in term of location, food and staff friendliness. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. where ever you like to go north - south, east - west all directions has easy access to express ways. The loyalty and house keeping team go out of their way to make the stay memorable, comfortable and enjoyable! Keep up the good work!

Great little place to stay. Reasonably priced , comfortable and clean although the shower grout could do with a bit of a clean. Will stay there when we are next in Brisbane.

Great service by the chef who checked me in on arrival to save me staying out in the heat. Dinner at the restaurant was nice and the lovely waiter Renee could not be more helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately the great service stopped there The owner / manager was in the restaurant whilst I was having dinner, she was only interested in talking to her friends and the older patrons eating dinner they were all spoken too and I was ignored. I smiled and said hello and was just glared at with her filthy looks. Even after dinner sitting outside my room when the manager / owner was leaving she continued her filthy looks with no acknowledgement what so ever. This to me is very poor customer service and definitely not what you would expect from the owner. The room was needing a facelift and some Reno’s due to age. The bathroom had mould on the shower recess and roof and definitely could do with a good clean. Whilst i get this is a budget motel there are still standards that need to be maintained. I have and continue to travel for work and personal reasons and have never experienced such places even in remote parts of nsw. As for the service or lack of actual decent respect from the manager / owner is appalling.

We were in a unit for two, it has 2 rooms kitchen/lounge + bedroom and bathroom. The staff are friendly, we could check in early as soon as the room was ready. Room is a comfortable, great bed. The TV in the bedroom is a smart TV ( Netflix, youtube). Small kitchen has nearly everything you need they need to update their cultery as there is no dessert spoons or sharp knife. It only 500m to the closest shopping complex.

I recently attended a 2-day seminar at Coopers Colonial in their conference room. The venue was excellent, the food was delicious, and the staff were lovely and went out of their way to make things smooth and convenient. Warm and thorough service. Would absolutely recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
