        POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE GET HOUNDED FOR ROOM NUMBER MANY TIMES by the man at the reception and the concierge ready to fight & kick you out!! despite being a GUEST AT THE hotel & staying there for a week. Rooms can get hot- good size, no free complimentary water. I would describe it as a 3* hotel at best with many improvements. Breakfast is not bad same everyday. WIFI in rooms is very bad at times. No double bed just 2 single beds. Lot of tiny ants in the rooms. Come here as a last resort. Only good thing is location near the beach & lot of shops and restaurants.

        If I could give zero stars I would. The room was dirty; the pillow cases had black marks all over them, the floor was sticky, cobwebs all over the lamps ( one lamp did not work) the mattress was terrible! We asked for another room but the hotel was packed. When we showered the water came up from underneath the tiles and soaked everything. There is only one key for the room which is pretty inconvenient when one person wants to go out. The key is also required to make the lights, A/c and tv work in the room. After the second night we told them we wanted a refund for the remainder of our trip and we were leaving.. after hours they changed out out mattress for us. The breakfast was very disappointing. The elevators… kinda scary, very slow, shakes and jumps. One elevator the button was stuck for the lobby, so it didn’t matter what floor you wanted, you would go to that one first. We told the guy at the desk and he basically said “ya, ya we know” but didn’t say anything else. Some staff was very good and friendly but some were very dismissive. We paid a lot of money for this hotel because it was over new years. Worst hotel ever!
