🗓️This review is based on our stay a year ago. 😊We went to London in December and the truth, for price and location, it was the most reasonable. When we arrived the pleasant surprise was that having made the reservation through Booking they gave us breakfast for free and even on the last day they gave us a Breakfast box (you have to order it in advance) with juice, biscuits and fruit because our flight was leaving very early. The room was fine, that's all. A bed, a bathroom and a TV, just what you need to rest. The appearance is a bit old but you can't ask for more for the price being in London. 📍😊The location is excellent. It's in the heart of Kensington. It is a real pleasure to leave the hotel and be able to walk around and enjoy the neighbourhood and get to Hyde Park. The underground is nearby and you can find some supermarkets and restaurants. 😞The downside was that the heating was old and didn't work. The first night we were a bit cold. We told reception and they came to fix it. And they did, they fixed it but there was not much warm air coming out.

I had a very nice experience in this hotel. They allowed me to check in early and the receptionist lady was very helpful. I wouldn’t say the hotel looks ‘tired’ as some people say and my room was very clean and didnt hear any noise. I think for the price and the fantastic location it is a decent hotel. Obviously you cant expect luxury at this price but it was a comfortable stay, massive bed. I didn’t use the restaurant or the bar so cant say whether they are expensive.

The hotel is placed in an enviable location. Room deco needs updating however beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic and plentiful however needs a gluten and lactose free section to accommodate other peoples food needs.

My first stay and it won't be my last as the location, service and general high standards of this hotel was a joy to experience. Very special thanks to Quam who assisted my initial booking and took a personal interest in arranging a suitable parking position for my car so as to minimise the walking distance due to my mobility problems. First class service from check in to check out with the executive lounge and Brasserie deserving special mention !

If you are just needing a base and a bed for the night to explore London, this hotel is in the perfect location. It’s in a nice area and the tube station is on the circle line so easy access to all the “sights” Rooms are very dated but were clean. We had an issue with the heating which turned our room into a sauna but a quick phone call to reception and it was sorted in 5 mins. I wouldn’t stay more than one night here but it was perfect for what we needed. Staff were brilliant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
