For family convenience of different ages this very convenient. We rented the sea view front line villa . It’s small for a 4 bedroom has 3 bathrooms which really needs to be renovated, the villa is worn out and not clean we had to clean it although it’s serviced and for the price you pay,But it’s a 15 min walk or 5 min by bike to the port and 20 min biking to old town . And the view is lovely. I would think of coming again if they renovated this unit. 904

My family and I stayed here in March…the entire property was almost practically ours and it was fantastic! The room was very spacious and clean - it had everything we needed plus more. Great location within walking distance to Puerto Banus

I stayed at this hotel with my friends for a wedding weekend (4 nights) and would NOT recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends. There were so many things that went wrong at this hotel but the most important to me was that they refused to give me back the few pieces of clothing that I left behind. In any hotel that you stay at, IF you ever leave behind an item, they would contact you and ask if you'd like to pick it up or have it shipped. Not at this hotel. Not only did I call 10 times and ask if they located my belongings (1 jumpsuit, 1 pair of pants, and 2 tops) that I had left behind in the closet, but they also said they didn't find it and pretended to check with house cleaning. House cleaning either kept it /stole it or they weren't even contacted by management to return the items. Completely unacceptable behavior as I would like to have MY clothing returned to me. Outside of the very loud construction noise that we had to deal with at the hotel and my stolen belongings, we also had the "do not disturb" sign on our door for the duration of our stay and some lady unlocked our door, walked into the bedroom that had the door closed and just stood there and scared my friend who was sleeping. Do not disturb means do not enter. It was awful that they decided to open the door to the apartment but also open to door to a closed bedroom with people inside who were sleeping and scare them half to death. This hotel was not worth the price, headaches, and comes with extremely poor customer service. DO NOT stay here and stay next door instead at the Iberostar hotel, trust me, you will thank yourself.

The most wonderful break from the apartment to the amenities we all loved it and will visit again. The help and assistance from reception booking bikes and the cleanliness of our apartment 116 was such a higjt standard. We just loved it here again 2nd time of staying and will return. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
