This place is underrated. I have to say they're amazing! We just arrived home to Malaysia from Phuket today. Stayed here for 5days 4nights and spent NYE at the Karon beach right in front of this hotel. The owner of the hotel was very nice, in fact, if it wasn't for him, we could've missed our flight today on New Year's day. We couldn't get a taxi and was panicking and the owner went out, took his bike and started searching for taxis for us. THAnk God he found us one right in time! This hotel is clean, and the staffs are very welcoming. They don't have a lift tho, but the staff will help you with your luggage to the room. Very pretty rooms, pretty wall paintings too. They're located right in front of the beach so it is very convenient. We didn't get the chance to tryout their restaurant but it's always packed during the evenings. I fully recommend this place! I'd go back there everytime I visit. Thank you again Coral Inn for the amazing stay and hospitality.

Really good food, and excellent and friendly staff! The place is air-conditioned, which is a godsend when the heat is unbearable. They make outstanding drinks, that can easily qench your thirst. Their prices are comparable to the other restaurants in the vicinity. I am very pleased with this place, would definitely come back again.

2022/7 Stayed here again!!! The memory staying here was so precious we stayed again.The place experiencing the corona period, the guest might be less than before but they still offer stable service and everything was the same as it was three years ago. If you don’t expect too much service but everything else perfect and the room near the beach within a reasonable price, this will be the right spot for you. Once again this place seems not that popular but everything is very near for you especially the beach, and be able to stay comfortable and convenient. Really recommend staying here! ——— 2019/2 Stayed 7 days. The location is great but nothing else special

Amazing! We went there for dinner two days in a row because of the great service and good food. The waiters were kind and patient. They were able to make some extra wishes possible and were fun to talk to. The food is definitely better than in a lot of other restaurants around Karon. I had massamun curry and pad thai and can definitely recommend it to people that don't like spicy food. Also, very large portions for the same prices you find everywhere around Karon.

Came here on a Wednesday for lunch with the family and the place was reasonably empty. We sat inside where it was air-conditioned and the kids were happy with the kids shows showing on the tv. Wife had the breakfast and I had the chicken fried rice. My eldest son had the pancakes. Food and service were good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
