Had a wonderful time at this amazing hotel. One of the best view hotel I’ve been. Simply the food was good and most importantly the service was great 5* (Their smile and that welcoming expression was very nice) Room - Extraordinary for the price I paid 🫶🏼

Apart from the location and food how they behaved at the last moment (before the check out) was so cheap . We were just about to check out and 15 minutes delayed. A kind of manager or whatever the person in hotel management came in front of the room and scolded with high tone to their staff by asking our room's check - out time and meal plan ( HB) still we were inside. It was really disappointing for us and we never expected this kind of a 3rd class act from a so called star class hotel and this is the only incident that happened for us in the entire traveling journey. We will never ever recommend this place to anyone and please try there are many places who know to treat their guests far better.

It was an amazing experience with a sea view room and sea view pool. Perfect sea view from the hotel and very close to the hotel. I was lucky to see the sunset here. Room was clean and there is a sea view balcony. Food was very Delicious. A Great hotel in Hikkadu. Pleasure to stay here. Service is perfect.

Pleasant stay in Hikkaduwa December 2023 We stayed one night at Coral Rock By Bansei in a De Luxe room on the sea side where one can view the sea while lying in the bed. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Uresha of the reception deserves a special mention. One female foreign guest had drifted away from the shore while swimming in the sea opposite the hotel and was in trouble getting back. Hotel staff acted swiftly. Two trained staff members approached her quickly and with the help of a rider of a boat passing by, they managed to bring her to safety. If not for their timely intervention swimmer would have drowned. We had breakfast and dinner. Food was good. Altogether it was value for money. Location of the hotel is great as it is virtually on the sea and walking distance to 'Turtle Beach'. We will definitely select 'Coral Rock' for our future trips to Hikkaduwa.

In addition to the surroundings and meal, the staff's behavior right before check-out was extremely awful. After a 15-minute delay, we were about to check out.Our room's check-out time and meal plan (HB) were brought up in front of the room, and the hotel management member who was there scolded the personnel in a harsh manner while we were still inside. This was the only incident that happened to us during our entire trip, which was quite disappointing to us because we didn't expect a so-called star class hotel to behave in such a disgusting manner. We won't ever suggest anyone stay here, so please try one of the many other places out there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
