Room have very bad smell. When I ask the receptionist, they said we are out of stock of air fresher. Also towels are very old. Not proper for 4 stars hotel. Plus whenever they cleaned the room, they remove used one and they didn’t replace it with new one. We are waiting for one hour to get the towels. Also whenever we place the card that request changing the bed sheets, they didn’t change it. I kept small piece of paper on floor to check the cleaning, put unfortunately they didn’t vacuum the floor. We asked for kitchen tools, we left after three nights and we never get the kitchen staff. Last day when I am leaving, the receptionist ask me about my stay, I informed her about the bad smell, she said next time book the king suite, it should be good. Breakfast was less than the average.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The morning staff exhibited rudeness, a stark contrast to the more accommodating night shift. Moreover, the air conditioner seemed to have a mind of its own, alternating between hot and cold, seemingly at the whims of the hotel management. I would like to appreciate Ahmed, he is one of the most kindest receptionist I had ever dealt with. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

This hotel was one of the best I have ever been in, my favorite in Jordan. Not only was the service excellent, the buffet was great and the view was spectacular. I cant wait to return back to Jordan and visit this hotel!

The experience was very terrible, the hotel was clean but the worker in the reception Ahmed Al Mukhtar ruined my stay as he was very rude and disrespectful. The hotel management needs to make some changes and train their employees to be more professional and respectful.

The hotel location is nice, other than that my experience was bad because of some worker’s attitude, especially Ahmad Almukhtar, he was disrespectful and not helpful at all.. I hope the hotel management deals with him properly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
