After staying for two consecutive days, the hotel was cleaned and replaced with new supplies every day; when the car entered the parking lot, there were staff at the door to inform other staff to drive us to the room. The service was very good; the breakfast buffet was rich and there were many choices. ;The swimming pool is very big although we did not swim; it is close to the beach, the sand is very fine, you can also ride horses and take photos on the beach, and it is next to a more expensive hotel. In short, it is a good choice to stay here! Although the amount of hot water produced during bathing is relatively small, it can be overcome.

Excellent Hotel with perfect location on the beach good view from breakfast. I went on a business trip for 1 night. Had booked the hotel via Airpaz. Got very good rates, breakfast was very good spread and location was beachfront. Good and friendly staff.

The staff is very friendly and made us very happy during our stay. The rooms are very clean (german cleanliness). The breakfast was perfect. The small gym, the pool and the beach right in front of our bungalow make our stay perfect. We will definitely come back!!!

Even when booking online and request by e-mail was answered immediately. Likewise, an additional booking was absolutely no problem. Many thanks for the very quick and professional handling. Very friendly staff throughout the resort. The resort is also very nice, as well as the pool with a perfect size. We had very relaxing days there, it is quiet and you can enjoy the stay there. The food in the restaurant is really delicious and recommended. We highly recommend this resort.

So much potential, but not what I would call a 4-star resort. To say the resort and rooms are dated is being polite. Bathroom is grimy and there is a truly unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain. Inside, the rooms are just old and worn. The heaviest pillows I have ever experienced made for some restless nights. The grounds closer to the beach are kept a little better than in the back but even here a lot of the grass is dead (or weeds) and plant debris litter the pool area (they seem to clean up just before the weekend). The breakfast (no buffet, too few guests) was OK. Saving grace is that the rooms are relatively cheap and the staff were all very friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
