The Hotel is nice and clean. However it was not possible to turn of the air conditioning / ventilation completely. Meaning you always have certain noise in the room. I could not really sleep... As we were only for one night I didn't make a fuss, but be aware.

During our stay at Corinthia Budapest in April 2023, spanning a few days, we found the overall experience to be quite pleasant. The rooms, while generally nice, could benefit from a refurbishment, as some elements appeared worn down. Our primary attraction was the spa, which exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the bar and breakfast services were commendable, with no notable complaints. The roomkeeping staff promptly addressed an issue with our hair dryer, showcasing their efficiency. However, our stay was shadowed by an unfortunate incident. At 2 am, a drunken individual attempted to force open our door. Fortunately, the deadbolt was engaged, preventing any unwanted entry. Regrettably, the response from the hotel's reception was rather nonchalant. Although they changed our room keys and assured us of a follow-up, we never received any updates. We reached out directly to the hotel manager, Lars, via email, expressing concerns about the lack of security measures in the elevator, which at the time didn't require a key for access. Despite this, we received a response that downplayed the severity of the situation, and our request for a detailed report on the incident and its circumstances went unanswered. It's worth noting that the hotel seems to have taken steps to enhance security, requiring a key for elevator access. While this is a positive change, the lack of transparency, acknowledgment of the security lapse, and the unfulfilled request for a detailed report have left us hesitant about returning. The incident has undoubtedly cast a shadow on an otherwise enjoyable stay, and we are uncertain if we would choose Corinthia Budapest for future visits.

Beautiful building, nicely decorated for Christmas, at a good location. Nice room, bath and shower in the bathroom. Although the pillows were very thin, the bed was very comfortable (or I was very tired after travelling and visiting! 😊) but I slept quite well. However, the room was too hot (26°), and we couldn't manage to lower the temperature or switch it off, so we had to open the window. The breakfast was good and with great variety. Although I bought a swimming suit precisely for the spa (because I hadn't brought any), we didn't use the spa, a shame because we heard it is good. It seemed overrated: 30€ per person and per day, even though you are a guest from the hotel. We were visiting the city, so maybe we had like a bit of time in the evening so not worth it to pay the daily fare; and also the spa was closing too early.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We decided to spend the New Year here and we truly had a magical experience. The place is absolutely beautiful, the facilities are fantastic and the staff are the most welcoming. We had an incredible time and already planning on returning next year. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
