We were disappointed with the hotel. There are no seats to sit outside in the buffet restaurant and the food in the buffet restaurant was not particularly delicious, so we always went to the specialty restaurants for an extra charge. Many of the team are from Russia and therefore there were far too many guests from Russia, which didn't make the stay any more pleasant. We were also lied to at check-in, when we asked about a possible upgrade, we were told that the hotel was full. But on the homepage there were still many rooms available at the same time! Never lie to customers when the truth is so easy to control. The correct response is to say that there may not be free upgrades and to tell us the prices for the upgrades. Then we can decide for ourselves whether we want to spend more or not. There are 3 stars only because the pier is beautiful, there are many activities offered in the hotel and the staff speak little English, but are very friendly. Maybe good for standard all inclusive tourists, but if you are used to real 5 star hotels it is not worth a visit.

You can have a great experience there, unless... We went there with a family expecting a great experience - and so it was except the incident my wife had on one of the slides. After sliding down we discovered a hole both in her shirt, and a swimsuit + a scratch on her back. We informed guest relations asking to check the slides and fix the garments. Their manager's reply was that they will not do anything about it because after "an investigation they concluded it didn't happen at the slide". Their reasons: because we didn't inform the lifeguard immediately but only guest relations a few hours later + nobody else complained + "this type of damage cannot be caused by the slide". Another fun comment was - "if we start fixing it for you now, we'll have to fix it for all future cases like yours". Appalling. In any other decent place they would apologize and fix the issue but here the answer was consistent despite escalating the case to Customer Relations and even to a general manager, who I'm yet to hear from. I still find it hard to believe how this type of attitude can exist in the hotel caring for its reputation. It's a big pity because for the rest, the experience was top notch - great food, very engaging entertainment team, kind and caring team in kids club . But if something extraordinary happens, management way of dealing with it may leave you speechless.

Fantastic 5 star holiday resort. Has any amenity you can think of: pools (indoors and outdoors), spa, access to beach, several bars, excellent food and snack options throughout the day. The rooms are also very spacious and regularly cleaned. Also great for families with kids, as there is a special building dedicated for them with activities each day. At night, there are either organised dance shows or karaoke nights and parties for the adults.

It was a very fantastic hotel, we came here for our honeymoon and when we checked in they gave me a bouquet of flowers, it was very beautiful, the room was decorated and it was very clean and they cleaned it every day. The restaurants were fantastic, the food was perfect, everything we wanted was there, every day there was different food both in the main restaurant and also in the pool bar. The staff was very polite and very smiling, I hope they will always be like this. We also had an offer to go to one of the other restaurants in the hotel because we were on our honeymoon and we chose the Italian restaurant, everything was wonderful from the staff to the food. The pools were beautifully arranged like waterfalls, the sea water was like crystal. As a hotel it was very good and I recommend it to everyone who want to enjoy their vacation.

Not the best experience for nearly 2000 a person. Our friends stayed in clubbed. Maybe a better option if you want REAL 5 star. A reasonable selection of non branded drinks but the same wine and beet served throughout even when dining in the 'a la carte' restaurants. Service in the buffet restaurant questionable.... Air con that doesn't work because its poorly maintained and the room floats around 25c. Don't expect any help from any staff as they just tell you to see guest relations which then send you to reception which then say its nothing to do with them and see your rep and they say complain online... the place is very clean and has great potential to actually be a 5 star if the staff actually cared about the customers. Everything seems difficult to get anything. Ground and setting are stunning. Please fix the same aircon. Its not comfortable to wake up to 26c in your room! Seems to be only Russian or British people so not a great variety of people and unfortunately a lot of rude customers. The ones that then tip get all the fuss while the ones who don't just get left to the side with no attention. Not great for an all inclusive which doesn't feel so inclusive. Also a note on if you are Gay or Bisexual this hotel certainly doesn't not accept and make you feel very uncomfortable. Is this normal in 21st century Turkey?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
