We loved our stay here. The room was really nice and quiet and in a great location. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our room had 2 windows both facing the other buildings, although the room had high ceilings it didnt feel spacious. The location is very central, but I would prefer somewhere far away with better rooms with this price. The person doing the checkin was very kind & helpful!

1- Excellent b&b staying. The room is big with classic decor that gives u the feeling of old hysterical city. 2- The room was clean . 3- The bathroom was clean and has a lot of space. 4- The room is equipped with mini bar, safety box and an air conditioning. 5-The staff is very friendly and helpful. 6- The location is near everything.

This place is awesome. This is the Airbnb "dream," you get a huge loft apartment in downtown florence with a bathtub next to the bed, huge fireplace on the first floor. Working kitchen. More closets then you probably have at home. Location is perfect. Florence is amazing, the folks at Crete dei neri make it extra. You feel like you are renting an apartment from a cousin, and it is all paid and they only want to make you happy. We needed to leave our bags and they said: just keep the place for the rest of the day, no problem... they make the policy and it is exactly something that family would do. We were trying to do an amazing honeymoon from nyc to Italy for a week and this was the cherry on top. You should consider staying longer and using it as the jump pad for all your tuscany adventures. Don't rent a car in Italy unless you have parking, take the train and rent a scooter at a respectable place if you know what you are doing. You will save less and get to sleep more. Corte is the place, spend the extra money on a nicer room and you get a lot more bang for your buck... Fantastic.

I highly recommend to stay there. We stayed for four nights and the service was really good. The decoration of the rooms are awesome and the house it self is nicely decorated. It was fully renovated. The service is great . If I visit Florence again I will be staying there definitely.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
