Our check-in presented challenges as the staff insisted on an early arrival, repeatedly calling us and emphasizing their unavailability after 10. This led to the cancellation of our dinner plans. Upon arrival, the host displayed signs of excessive alcohol consumption, causing discomfort, especially for our 5-year-old. The room setup was delayed, and the third bed was unprepared, causing further inconvenience. Throughout our stay, the Wi-Fi in our room remained unavailable. On the second day, the room was neither cleaned nor restocked with basic toiletries. The absence of a bidet and the provision of subpar toiletries contributed to an overall disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially for late check-ins, unless you only require basic amenities.

The place is very clean and not too old. The lock on our room was difficult and needed replacing. The location is about 12 mins walk from the train and 20 mins to the city center. It’s not ideal because you have to cross the main road and at night the area gets sketchy. I took 2 stars off for a few things. The wife isn’t great. Our room was next to the router and it was slow. Couldn’t even get a smooth FaceTime. We were only given half a toilet paper roll for a 2 night stay which I found bizarre. The main reason is the check in process. The check in was not smooth or easy. The manager called me the morning of check in asking when I’ll be there. I told him 5pm. We got there at 5pm and no one was there and we couldn’t get in. Luckily my phone works in Italy and I was able to call him. Other tourists were not as lucky because we heard 3 other occasions of people ringing the door for about 10-15 mins before the lady came to let them in.

We stayed at this property, and it must be admitted that the price is among the lowest for overnight stays in Florence. The location is not very far from the train station, but unfortunately the structure is dated and has few comforts. The rooms are the right size and the beds are not entirely comfortable, the cleanliness is not excellent but given the price you can't expect much. Obviously you cannot expect soundproof rooms, so the awakening could be a toothbrush doing its job, or a bus stopping in the area. I repeat, very comfortable price but you have to be satisfied.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
