Very disappointed... A two-night stay costs RM900++. But breakfast is not included. But the toilet door cannot be locked. Indoor telephones do not operate. I called the counter countless times on my personal cell phone, but no one answered. Or hang up the phone. Told me to upgrade my room but the problem still exists! The toilet cannot be locked. The air conditioner leaked and dripped very noisily. Television sets are getting smaller. Very substandard. Only one shower gel and shampoo were provided for the two of us for two nights. Give me leftover toilet paper. The room had a musty smell. The paint on the walls outside the corridor is peeling and ugly. The summary is that they charge so much but don't renovate the hotel. Let me suggest that this hotel is not worth staying at. Really not worth 4 stars.

The hotel is nearly 40 years old or even more, but its conditions are still excellent. The bellman at the concierge is friendly and welcoming. It's delightful to be greeted with such a lovely smile upon arrival. The check-in process was smooth. The room is clean, and the bathtub is also in good condition. While there are some rust stains, they seem unavoidable given the hotel's age. Yet, I don't feel uncomfortable with it; the maintenance is still commendable. The pools are decent, with many visitors, but there's still enough space for kids to play. While lacking fancy slides, we brought a small beach ball, and my kids were content. The hotel is very close to KLCC and other shopping/dining areas, ensuring you're never short of choices. We visited during a public holiday, and there were illegal races on Jalan Ampang, causing some noise at night. Fortunately, the kids, exhausted from swimming and playing in the afternoon, remained undisturbed by the noise. The hotel lacks a designated kids' room, offering only a gymnasium and spa. The buffet breakfast is acceptable, with a limited but sufficient choice to keep us full. The check-out process was smooth, and the inclusion of one complimentary parking space per room is a significant bonus point.

Excellent location, but the hotel is old and the rooms need serious renovation. The air conditioning worked well. The bed linens were acceptable. The towels were clean but they have been over used (hand towels were not provided). The bathroom needs maintenance and replacement of worn out parts as the attached photos show. Bath amenities were not adequate. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice and helpful. Overall a mixed experience.

Had a wondering experience staying at Corus Hotel during the holiday season ☺️. Rooms are clean and spacious; Nicely decorated for the Holidays. The staffs at the front desk are extremely humble especially Mr. Hossain who is very kind, humble, friendly and made us feel home during our stay. Kudos to Mr. Hossain and all other staffs. Great Customer Service 👌 The next best thing is the location. You can easily get around from the hotel to the iconic Twin Tower's and easy access to a loads of shopping ranges. You have a lots of shops around in walkable distance. Staying at Corus Hotel will definitely make you feel home away from home. THANK YOU 😊

Rooms are shabby. Air conditioning is not working properly. Need to shift after too many follow-up & struggle. Called room service for a tooth paste, didn't get even after an hour. Only convenience you can satisfy is its location closer to attractions. Locks are not working properly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
