        The only thing is the location which is not bad. The room is toooooooo small “tiny” Room services are not good ex. The towels will not be changed for the whole period. The signal of the WiFi in the room is too bad and most of the time no signal. The TV is PC screen “too small” No refrigerator in the room and they didn’t provide ice in the hotel. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience never repeat it again. Rooms are too poor carpet is dirty, wall needs to be paint, bathroom heater not working…. One way to make the coke cold, we but it out of the windows as shows in the photo.

        Hotel is in great location walkable to Marble Arch and just across the road from Hyde Park. Reception and Breakfast areas are well maintained and clean. Rooms are a little tired and in need of renovations in parts but beds comfortable and clean so no complaints. We got the room at an excellent price so definitely no complaints. Dante on reception was fantastic letting us check in early to save carrying our bags around. Overall would recommend if the price is right

        We really enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and a very comfortable bed. The staff were polite and happy to help. The buffet breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful. The Fantastic location gives you access to anywhere in London. Thoroughly recommended.

        Lovely lobby and bar area. Beautiful decorations and felt christmasy. Room was very tired even though I upgraded. Had toilet paper in the window gaps for the draft. Dull. Plenty of tea and coffee. Hanging space, iron and trouser press are a plus. Room needs updating and a brighter colour. Windows need repairing.

        We paid £149 for a room for one night with breakfast and a bottle of wine. So not to bad. Not sure what makes this hotel a 4* because the rooms are. Certainly not! Bath panel was dented and falling apart, door falling off with rusty bolts. Honestly travelodge is more up to date. The View was a skip out the window full of rubbish. Carpet stained and it was all a bit tacky and very outdated decor. TV remote didn't work, safe was broke and bedside tables sticky and warn away wood. It was clean but for the money I could have found a lot better somewhere else.
