        We had a fantastic time at this hotel. Thay have help desk 24/7. Our rooms were really clean, we had a great view; right across the street fabulous restaurants, 5 minutes walk subway and train station, 2 minutes walk to the industrial park. Our coffee machine got damaged and they replaced it right away (not extra charge). Very friendly and helpful staff, interesting lobby decoration. Luggage storage available... everything was fantastic. I stayed September 2022

        I liked this hotel, nice area, although far from the center. The rooms are clean, although in some places it can be seen that the furniture is quite old. However, everything corresponds to the price. The room with a kitchen has everything you need, but it is almost impossible to sit down at the dining table, there is not enough space.

        Booked apartment for 4 adults as specified clearly in confirmation, hotel did not honour booking (kept insisting we only booked 1room for 2 adults) and pushed the blame to booking platform leaving us scrambling to make last minute booking and it was already night time. Judging from the reviews, doesnt seem like a 1-off incident. Stay away for peace of mind.

        I came here with my friends to enjoy Barcelona. We made two reservation as for 3 days I was staying with one group of friends and the other night I was staying with another group. First of all the apartment are al far away from the check-in place. 20 mins minimum of public transport and there is no way to leave the luggages at the apartment. We went to the check-in place and the owner was a bit rude and not welcoming. Maybe it was a bad day for them. We then went to the apartment. They looked nice, but they weren't really clean. In one apartment the washing machine was not working while in the other the boiler was not providing heated water. We spent the first three days having cold showers with the customer service not answering to our requests. For the change of apartment I kindly asked to the property if I could leave my luggages in one of the apartments and if they could remake the beds and clean the room for the other reservation as it was different. They kindly said they would leave a message to the cleaning lady. When we came back from our trip we noticed that the room was not cleaned and nothing had changes. I had new friends staying there so it was not nice and we slept all four on the couch. The property refused to help saying it was a prolonguing of the first stay and it was not a separate reservation (while on booking it was) even if they told me they would do it, and they did not even send back the deposit for I don't know what reason. This apartments look really nice but for us it has been a nightmare.

        We have booked for a penthouse via Agoda for 4paxs. With agoda confirmation slip with the full description of the 3 bedrooms. Upon reaching, we were given a single room with one queen size bed. They insisted the room we booked is not for penthouse. And asked us to called Agoda to check ourselves and claimed we had booked wrongly. We called Agoda and they had confirmed it was the correct booking for a penthouse but the hotel refused to give it to us as they said someone else already staying in it. Apart from that, they insisted to collect tax of eur4.40 per pax per night amount to eur88 in total which we already paid and again it was stated in Agoda booking confirmation slip that we have paid in advance and not required to pay. The staff at the reception said it’s between us and Agoda and they did not receive the money. We still need to pay in order to check in. If the confirmation slip from Agoda is not a valid confirmation then what is confirmed? And if there is any mistake between the hotel and Agoda, shouldn’t be the hotel deal with Agoda to solve the issue instead of customers trying to deal it ourselves when we are oversea? In the end, we have to call all the other hotels nearby to book for one more room as we have 4 pax. We feel this is a scam hotel. They provided wrong information to Agoda or other platform on purpose in order to attract bookings and when they never want to honour the bookings. The staff has the cheek to tell us we are not the first ones who experienced that. There are many past experiences with the same case. Do proceed to book at your own risk. We have read all the bad reviews and thought maybe it’s the other customers being picky. We realised they are very real reviews cause we also got scammed.
