Location, amenities and prices are great. Service leaves something to be desired and not in a good way. If you boast a rather robust cafe/kitchen with extended hours and direct service for your rooms, maybe don’t ignore the guests when they WhatsApp or come down stairs to order. Hire people who will actually do their job.

Both of our 20€ steak were ordered medium rare and came out blue, basically alive with a sear. When we asked to get it grilled again they simply grilled the red sides and gave us still rare meat. The salmon portion size is tiny, the fries are good and the tuna tartar was the best thing we had. Still I'm so very disappointed by the food. The rooms themselves were clean, the terrace is nice and the receptionist seems friendly. Definitely fire those chefs or get them a rat to control their cooking

Perfect Hotel for a few days in Valencia. Exceptional Staff and Service. Breakfast and food in general great. Once we had dirty bed sheets but they were switched out immediately. We would highly recommend this hotel for a couples trip.

This hotel was the BEST one we had in our whole 20 days stay in Spain (and we did A LOT of them). First, the location is perfect. You are in the heart of the old town of Valencia and everything is in walking distance. Second, it's very well decorated, maintained and super clean. Our room had all the necessary accessories (comb, shaving tools, body cream, sewing kit, shoe polisher, toothbrush). It had a spacious feel and all the furniture was modern. The bed EXTREMELY comfortable! We slept so well those two nights. Lastly, the staff are great - they take the time to explain everything, give you suggestions if needed. The hotel offered us a drink (a glass of cava) that we took on their rooftop at the 7th floor. Plus, you can have free coffee from 16:00! Thank you for making our stay pleasurable and memorable in Valencia, we will definitely come back to Cosmo Boutique!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cosmo Hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to take drinks up to the rooftop (they don't serve up there but you can take food and drinks up) and they arranged our bags to be kept at reception after checkout and they arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. The rooftop area is small, it seats about 8 people but its perfect for a drink and views above the city. The location is perfect with access to shops, the cathedral, souvenior stores and markets, plenty of restaurants and cafes. We were easily able to explore the city and make it back go the hotel without the need for taxis. You can rent a bicycle or a step but the city was dense with tourists so I preferred to explore on foot. The room looked new, well designed with thoughtful interior decor and in a clean condition. There were more than enough amenities. We had drinks and patatas bravas from the hotel, and it was well made. I give a high review because without nitpicking, this boutique hotel gives good service and I felt that I had everything I needed for a 3 night stay in Valencia.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
