        3.5☆ would be perfect in my opinion. Honestly, I don't really understand how this hotel has 4☆. Our room had few isuess such as really loud squeaky bathroom doors, window that couldn't be opened and really uncomfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and nice, we even got a bottle of wine as a gift. I would recommend you taking the breakfast. Food is really homemade, tasty and there was allot of options to choose from. All in all, there are a few "bigger" mistakes that a hotel with that rating should have fixed.

        Mr. receptionist with an eastern accent seemed very annoyed, almost rude actually. We checked in at late night/early morning hours this Sunday, extremely tired, so we understand the staff can be irritated after such an exhausting weekend, due to the national holiday and rave event in the Hotel, but it is no reason to treat us so curt. The other day there were two other receptionists, both of them sweet. The room was not bad, just the bathroom had a funny smell. Overaly not worth the price, especialy when it came with an extra "late check in" fee.

        We had a very disappointing experience with the service at the reception of this hotel. There was a miscommunication on both parts, however, the hotel policy left no room for finding a suitable solution, a compromise showing good will on their behalf. We will never ever make a reservation with them. They are rigid, staff speaks very poor English - thus the miscommunication, and they do not have a decent costumer service. They showed no care whatsoever, thus they have lost us as guests for good. We do not recommend this for families, as it is advertised with a pool, which is in fact a tiny one and very shallow. The pool and sauna has extra charge which also was not communicated upon reservation. The hotel is more like 3 star quality and not 4.

        This was the hotel on our trip to Poland. I booked through some website double basic room. When we came for the check in, the staff wasnt really polite, I can say more arrogant, two young ladies. Not even a proper greeting, just right away for the ID and to pay some taxes. That was weird, because on booking there is always written that ALL taxes are included, so you dont have any worries if you pay in advance everything. I asked and told her that But she insisted so we payed because we didnt have the energy to argue. I had 6 bookings ahead and in no other hotel we had any additional charges. Later when we came to the room we saw that is not double, But twin room. Thats why I right away called the reception. I could hear the lady was not satisfied and just said come to the reception and rudely hung up phone. She gave me the new key without any words, just ask me rudely, two of them excatly asked if We used something in the room. I know that this is important because of other guests that are coming, But it is the way they asked many Times. So yeah the staff was not polite, nice nor being helpful with informations. The room was nice, and the hotel bar I really liked. We didnt eat because we came from dinner in town, But i could see that the food is nice and they try with plates. We had a few drinks and mojito was really really good, just the right flavour. The location is ok, we anyway had to drive to the City centre. Around hotel there are many parkings. Garage parking is not free as it was shown in pictures, free parking sign and pictures of the garage.

        Very friendly staff and the food in the restaurant was really nice. Location was good for me because I was working in the area. It was also a nostalgy trip back to the 90´s Must have been high end at the time but now I think this should be preserved for generations to com. An icon of the era.
