A beautiful, quite boutique hotel with amazing views of the caldera and water from all the rooms. The office staff will cater to your every need. They have wonderful breakfasts which the staff will serve to you in your room!

Awesome room, service, and view. Santorini is a busy place, but when the entrance door to the hotel closes behind you, I swear it’s like you just turned on noise cancelling headphones. I highly recommend. I travel extensively and this might just be my new favorite hotel.

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at the property. The hotel is beautiful and we got an upgrade to the villa which we appreciate so much! All staffs are very helpful and welcoming. Location is very convenient to all the restaurants. We especially enjoyed our complementary breakfast at our private veranda! This place is amazing and we definitely stay here again!

Service is the word that best encapsulates our three nights here. The staff is welcoming and was ready to assist and accommodate my husband and I with any want or need. In fact, George, the manager scoured the town on his motor bike to find the perfect pillow to make my husband comfortable. This was service over and above our expectations. Breakfast, served on our patio, permitted us to feast on the sea and mountains as well as our food. We left Santorini feeling we had made new friends during our stay.

I needed to cancel my reservation because when I was in Mykonos I needed to go to Athena's to have an emergency surgery . I had to interrupt my birthday celebration trip due to kidney stone surgery because my right kidney stopped working, I sent all documentation from the doctor, hospital by email and also called several times and got no response. They just charged me the full amount. Since I warned 5 days before. Customer service is terrible and I do not recommend a hotel that claims to be 4 star with a service like that, imagine how terrible the service at the hotel must be. If you are looking for a 4 to 5 star hotel, be careful because this hotel, if I had this bad impression, imagine staying there

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
