Such a great value for the price!!! Clean and comfy bed. Friendly people around to talk with. Secured with coded locks to get in. The check in guy was extremely friendly and I was so thankful for the 24/7 reception since I got in much later than expected. Only a 30 minute walk from the Tuasa airport bus and Terminal 7-10 (to La Fortuna). Super safe feeling area of town. There is an area with breweries that is a 15 minute walk away, too! The bed had a regular outlet, plus usb plug in on the outlet, plus curtains for privacy. I will absolutely stay here again once I come back!!

Great hostel with many private rooms at reasonable prices. There is free coffee and tea at the entrance. The place is also working with the backpackers hostel across the street. Staying there gives you full access to the bar, pool, sitting area and kitchen there too. No additional fee. The location is good and not far away from the centre of the city. You should be able to walk to most places from there. There js barely any noise. Only in the morning when most people are leaving and the cleaning crew is going around the rooms.

The room was spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. The reception desk was staffed 24/7. The location was central and felt secure. The lobby was quite large, offering plenty of seating options. The accommodation provided a wide range of excursions; however, these were subject to charges. Regrettably, there was no private bathroom, but it didn't pose a significant issue since it wasn't peak season and there weren't many visitors. During busier times, this could potentially be problematic, as there's only one bathroom with a toilet and shower per floor. Additionally, the exterior door couldn't be opened with the room key, necessitating ringing the reception bell each time, whether entering or leaving. The nights were quite noisy due to the lack of proper windows, the nearby train passing with loud horns, and numerous barking dogs. Unfortunately, there were no parking facilities available on the premises.

I booked a King bedroom with a private bathroom. After a long trip I was ready to sleep- unfortunately, all the rooms were booked out. How was I able to book a room when it was booked out? Then they offered me a dorm room. Keep in mind, the rooms were MORE expensive to hook in person at the hotel than on Booking, or any other third-party venue. They didn't care and they didn't apologize. I wasted money on an Uber to get there from the airport after a long travelling day only to find out I couldn't check in. Then I had to get another Uber to go to a different hotels. A complete waste of money!

What an amazing spot. I really love it. The staff is very helpful, the tourists that come here are friendly, the rooms are clean, and it's extremely cheap! What more can you ask for?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
