        Very happy with the end result. I have already received compliments. Saleem was very patient with me and helped me visualise the changes I could make which in turn helped me decide how I wanted to use my new room. Throughout the project, apart from two electricians, I dealt with the same small team of builders who were used to working together and that made a real difference. Also, it was easy to go back to Saleem with any query or concerns and the builders were able to make some last minute changes. Every project is personal and it was helpful to have a clear budget before I signed on the dotted line. I'd still say that it's important to be prepared for the the unexpected, which I was from previous experience. Overall I would recommend Refresh Renovations.

        I did not have the best experience with Refresh, and it has left me with very mixed feelings. Did the work get done? Yes, I am fairly happy with the result and it looks more or less how I expected. Overall the quality is good, however the feeling I am left with is that Refresh, at least during my project, took on far too much work, and was nor able to commit consistently to maintain a good pace on site. The team working on my property changed 3 times over the course of the project, which caused delays and confusion. Despite providing as much clarity as possible at the beginning of the project, the timeline estimation was way off, and shifted several times. My major complaint was their so-called 'variations'. I felt like on separate occasions I was almost cheated out of significant amounts. On one instance almost £800 were quoted for replacing the Soil Vent pipe which Refresh removed as part of the external renovation of the extension. This is because the plumber wanted to use a very expensive valve to reduce the height of the pipe, which I never asked for. A local handyman replaced the pipe for £60. On a separate occasion, when I had to move into my unfinished house due to the delays in the project, I demanded that Refresh delivered a functional bathroom as stipulated on the timeline as a prerequisite for the release of payment. Upon moving in, I found no hot water in the shower. I requested this be addressed before the release of payment and was told it would cost an additional £1000 as a variation. When I hilighted this was unreasonable and borderline a scam, Saleem proceeded to shout at me on the phone, very unprofessionally, accusing me of being dishonest for withholding £3k, for less than a week on a nearly £300k project, already months behind schedule. A plumber who came to fix a leak the following days was able to address this issue in 5 minutes, free of charge, by adjusting a hidden valve with an Allen key, reinstating hot water instantly. These kind of miscommunication and behaviours make me reluctant from recommending Refresh for large projects like mine, as the process was not at all pain free. I will say that in bursts I experienced good commitment and communication form Sam (the project manager), and at times my concerns felt heard. However this is contrasted by silent spells and lack of clarity over responsibilities and money, which frankly tips the scales for me.

        Very happy with the renovation of my bathroom. Saleem and Sam were very efficient and responsive. Fitters also did a great job at keeping the inconveniences to a minimum - they were very comprehensive, clean and professional. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

        Saleem and the team were able to provide a personalised service, designing around our vision and working very closely with us, to turn a tired 1930s semi into a beautiful, practical, family home that fitted comfortably around the way we lived.

        The renovation of our room was really well designed and thought through. The furniture was fitted very nicely and the teams working on site were very good providing high quality finishes. The worked finished on time which was very important to us without compromising on quality. The designs were very detailed which helped visualise the end result of the room. Really recommend from an end to end process where you would just like to liaise with one person who can deliver the end result you need.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
