I had did read reviews before staying here, they were kinda mixed so I just decided to give it a try. Here is my experience. The room in itself was nice and clean, I have no complaints there. I did not get the chance to swim in the pool, but I did feel that the water was lukewarm, so perfect to go in during winter months. And it’s enclosed, so no need to worry about the weather. There is a $45/night valet parking charge if you choose to do so, there are 2 garages across the street from the hotel that charged $18 PER INSTANCE, whereas, at the hotel it was $45 per day. So we found it more convenient just to do valet, and the workers were very prompt on getting our car to us. It was worth it in my opinion especially that my car was brought to us every time we wanted to leave and I had peace knowing my car was in a safe place. Also the restaurant downstairs was not open for the week of these holidays, which was not a biggie. We found that there are a lot of places that deliver through DoorDash for most hours of the night. We also were charged $25/day for a “destination fee”. I have no idea what that was about, I did read in reviews that others had that too. Since I booked and paid for my room in advance through a third party, I thought I might would avoid that, but I guess not. I’d rate my total experience a 3/5, I would not stay here again only because of the parking situation.

It's an older hotel that was recently bought and starting the process of being renovated. The pool area is beautiful and a great place to relax. The upper floors had small balconies to sit and watch the pool (super fun). Great open spaces. Rooms were comfortable. Haven't slept that well in a long time!! Staff were AMAZING!! Shout out to my friend who runs the carts and chatted with me about his mother!! Great stay - would definitely stay again.

Honestly, not very many complaints. I stayed here Friday night - Sunday morning for the 2024 Days of the Dead convention. I take half a point off for no microwaves in the rooms. I really don’t see why they can’t incorporate microwaves in all hotel rooms these days. There are two microwaves in the deli area on the third floor you can use, but having to elevate from the 8th floor to the 3rd for wanting to reheat my Little Cesar’s pizza is kind of ridiculous. The second half a point came off due to the water heaters not being able to keep the shower really hot. Taking a shower in the afternoon was fine, great hot temperature water. But whenever I took a shower when I woke up in the morning, the water wouldn’t be nearly the temperature I desired. It wasn’t cold. Just barely warm. Other than those two things, I really didn’t have much of an issue. I knew about the $27/night destination fee before going in, and the $45 mandatory valet parking, which I chose to avoid by parking at the garage with 1 1/2 minute walk down the street. (227 Courtland St. I think was the address of the garage.) Parking there was $25 per night, and they have security there patrolling so I never felt unsafe walking to and from the hotel to the garage. Checking in was very easy. I booked via a third party, so I didn’t get any of those emails that other reviewers are talking about. There were 5 ladies at the front desk checking people in so my wait time was very minimal. There are amenities I didn’t use due to being at the actual con all day. The pool area is very nice, and there was a gym with a view of the pool, also. Every staff member I spoke with was nice, from the ladies at check-in, to the people working the deli & souvenir stand, to even the maids. No issues with any of them from me.

Good- Comfortable room Bad- Expensive extra charges that they don’t notify you about in the description before booking!!! Charged me an extra $145 for destination fee and valet parking. There’s never any mention of valet parking in the description, if I knew this I wouldn’t have stayed. Restaurant for dinner at the hotel had horrible service. Pool was freezing cold even though they said it would be heated. Very noisy neighbors at night despite quiet hours being between 11pm and 7am. These people are money hungry and don’t put out what they expect back. 100% waste. Don’t stay here.

If you are staying on the level above the pool you will need to move your luggage up the staircase by yourself or ask for assistance to use the wheelchair lift which may or may not work. Expect the hallway to be visibly dirty as well as the rooms. The rooms are also trashed from the floors to the walls to the headboards, furniture, and everything in between. There was 100% a semen stain on one of the headboards and with many of these rooms being in close proximity to both the pool and the lobby this is not at all a quiet or restful place to be. After inspecting the extensive damage and uncleanliness of the room and hallway, we asked to be moved to a higher floor. This was not an easy process but the staff obliged. We ended up being upgraded and having a living space in addition to a bedroom with a king bed as they did not have any rooms available with queens or double beds. The venue is a bit challenging to navigate between the different elevators and the different towers. The tower with the conference rooms was great for our conference.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
