My family and I came in for a turn and burn to Disneyland. We were immediately greeted by Issac who was not only super helpful and polite, but he moved his car so we could park when the parking lot was full. Very generous thing to do!!! The room was very clean, the bathroom was also very spacious for a Courtyard, and the checkout process was super easy. Please recognize this associate for their outstanding service and Elite recognizition!

This is a great hotel, within walking distance of Disneyland. The rooms are spacious and clean. In my suite, I had a bunk bed and a large king-sized bed. The only downside is that, for a hotel catering to families, the walls are quite thin and not soundproof. It seems like an oversight. Nevertheless, the staff is friendly, and there’s a beautiful pool area with a small toddler pool adjacent to the main pool. That’s super cool! I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed 4 nights for a family trip to Disneyland. For the most part the staff was very friendly, only a few were not. The hotel is nice but very noisy. The bistro was delicious and the gentleman that helped us was amazing. He was helpful, friendly and great with my kids. The bistro also had fast and fresh food. We did have a few other problems, found a cockroach in our room and had to call the front desk, they did send someone up immediately, however, they also caught they fact they overcharged me on my parking pass. On the last day we were woken up at 6:45 am just to see if we were still there. Not a great way to wake up! Couldn't go back to sleep because it ended up waking the baby up upstairs that just cried the rest of the morning. Sadly, it made us rush to check out.

My family stayed here for our recent vacation. We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Our only complaints would be the filter in the AC likely needs to be replaced as it was causing some of my family members to cough and get a sore throat when the fan was running. The shower floor was also very slippery. Other than those two things we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, the location was great and the price is an incredible value.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The beds were very comfortable and I really liked the free hot chocolate at night! It was so yummy :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
