        I first stayed at this hotel in 2019 and it was amazing. A lot has changed since then. There’s new staff and the hotel has not been maintained to the same high standard. Cleanliness is an issue. Housekeeping certainly needs attention. The towels should have been changed months ago as they are worn and dated. Basic room amenities are no longer provided unless you request. For the price, there’s other options in the same location that are better value for money in my view.

        I would avoid this hotel if you're looking to stay in Dubai: there are countless issues that I have experienced and wouldn't want anyone to go through what I did. The most alarming issue is the fact that the hotel doesn't provide basic amenities. They say that they are an 'eco friendly' hotel but simply use this as a guise to be rather stingy. You have to request for everything and often have to call reception multiple times because they are so slow. You will almost certainly have to request for water on a daily basis as they only provide 2 small bottles and even then you might not get those. Secondly, I think generally the cleanliness of the rooms could be vastly improved. They do supposedly clean the rooms on a daily basis but I often find that I come back to the room and it is still dirty. They must give it a quick once over and move on to the next room. They don't even bother refilling any of the shower gel etc (again, you have to call them for this to happen). Thirdly, the rooms are tight. They should be bigger really and the temperature controls don't really seem to function properly. It's either freezing or it's too hot - no in between. Towels are absolutely awful. They are as hard and rough as sand paper. They've probably had them for years and not bothered to get some new ones in. The soap is quite bad too - doesn't carry a very pleasant scent and it doesn't feel like you are clean after using it. All in all, its not the best hotel. I had issues with my key card too so couldn't get into my room. Had to wait a while and it was eventually fixed. They don't have a valet service but do have an underground car park which is sweltering. Don't bother booking a room here - waste of time and money.

        In my recent experience at the Marriott hotel, I encountered a series of challenges that negatively impacted my stay. It began with limited breakfast options and unpleasant taste, along with an overwhelming presence of spicy food dominating most dishes. On the first night, I was assigned a room with a non-functional air conditioner, and upon requesting a room change, the new room lacked cleanliness, with dirt and dust present. Despite promises of a room upgrade, the situation was not addressed seriously. Upon checkout, false promises regarding room upgrades were reiterated, and attempts to communicate went unanswered. The reception team seemed unserious in handling issues and provided unprofessional service. This negative experience left an unfavorable impression, and as a result, I do not recommend dealing with the Marriott hotel in the future. Based on this poor experience, I believe I will no longer engage with the Marriott hotel. The unprofessional service and false promises during my stay have influenced my perception of the hotel. Therefore, I will explore other options for my future accommodations.

        Hotel staff and facilities are everything you could want and need for a lovely relaxing stay. Some of the negative reviews below are from really entitled and downright mean people. Would have no issues staying here again. Easy location for access to mall and metro :) Also the omelettes are fantastic and better than most around where you will pay double the price for just to have a sea view.

        I wanted to write this review and truly appreciate one of the front desk staff, Akhilesh. His hospitality when we first arrived at the hotel was great and he was very helpful. He also was very accommodating to our requests which we are super thankful for. Our room was up to expectation; clean and nice. The hotel location is a walking distance to Mall of Emirates which is a superb plus. Overall, 10/10 and once again, Akhilesh & Team truly made our stay a pleasant one. Thank you!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
