Best Choice EVER!!! Robert really made the best of our trip. He was able to upgrade our room and offered complimentary drinks for the bistro. Our room was very spacious clean and the view was amazing especially for the sunrise! Parking however was terrible not distance wise but pricing. We paid 56 everyday because nobody nor sign explained there was a package deal… but long story short atmosphere, environment, location 10/10 very pleasant staff and the lobby scent 100/100 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I always receive excellent customer service when I stay here. The employees recognize me and I always feel welcomed back. I wanted to give a huge shout out to these amazing employees Cynthia, Shunda, Kenya and Carlos!! They are such hard workers and they definitely deserve the recognition!! This hotel is extremely lucky to have them there. Thank you for making me feel like family!! Also, thank you to Robert, Makeba and Justin and the awesome valet guys 🥳 you all are the reason why I continue to choose this hotel for my constant weekly work trips. You make it feel like a second home.

I saw some terrible reviews, which made me nervous. However, that does not match my experience. I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and accommodating. There is a bar downstars and a Starbucks counter for your morning coffee and breakfast. The room was very clean and had everything I needed, including mini fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. The rooms are smaller than typical new build Marriott rooms, but that is because this building is a piece of atlanta history and appears in the National Historic Registry. Dont worry, all accommodations are modern! I didnt need parking as I was able to walk, but there is a valet for $50 a night and a parking garage across the street. Would stay again on my next trip without hesitation.

Great location in downtown Atlanta. Stayed here when we went to go see a game at the State Farm arena and it was an easy walk over (some of which went through the Olympic park which was cool). The $50/night valet parking hurts but that’s not unique to them. Good and fast breakfast the next day. All around a solid experience

Robert Farquhar at the front desk, was the highlight of my stay. He made my stay more enjoyable. He was so helpful and radiant! The room was cozy, water pressure in the shower was great, everything was clean, and the Bistro has good breakfast. Thanks Robert! 😁

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
