Solid hotel. Bar staff was amazing. John was the BEST! incredible accommodating and genuinely fun! Coffee and hot chocolate machine was not good. Hotel bill was super confusing with a reward stay. The parking garage was super tight with a large truck.

My wife and I stayed here for my 40th birthday/NYE, it is the perfect location for attending a show at Fox theater. The staff here is absolutely top notch, Jon the bartender took care of us all weekend and couldn't have been more friendly. The front of house staff was some of the best I've ever encountered, thank you for making our stay feel like home. I will return any time I am in town, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I highly recommend this property!! Day and night the staff were exceptional! Lamont, Officer Evans, the gentleman that was there during the day both days (I wish I’d have gotten his name), and Mrs.Arlene at the Starbucks counter were all more pleasant than I can explain! They were all professional, friendly, and positive. They made sure we felt at home and were taken care of. My family and I have found us a new place to stay any time we go to Atlanta. The property was both clean and safe, which are very important characteristics in a hotel! It is also within walking distance to several restaurants, stores, and Fox Theater and a short drive to the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca Cola. Look no further…this is where you need to stay! 😊

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Courtyard over New Year's weekend so we could catch 3 nights of Widespread Panic at the Fox Theatre. We had nothing but the absolute best customer service. Lamont and Doug went out of their way at every turn to ensure we were provided with the best experience, including putting our best friends right next to our room for their stay as well. I couldn't be more pleased with their courtesy and friendliness. I will book all of our future Atlanta stays at this Courtyard location and strongly encourage anyone else who is looking for a nice spot to book here too. The Fox is directly across the street and there are loads of great dining establishments both within walking distance or a short Uber ride.

Great location, have been staying here for years due to the proximity to MARTA and my office shuttle. But the hotel is quickly falling behind in maintenance. Could hear toilets being flushed in rooms about very loudly. Don't seem to recognize Elite members as well as other Marriott properties.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
