Chelsea at the breakfast buffet is so very helpful! I would stay here for the Breakfast Buffet alone! Joke. Everyone is wonderful. If I was going to give any advice, I would say, have enunciation classes for their English. Many of the very nice employees could barely be understood. Oh, and, dinner at Champions was very yummy. The wings perfectly cooked. Shana, our server at Champions was delightful.

Jenny was so helpful. I was traveling with two little kids and every time she saw me she was helpful, gave me recommendations, and even gave my kids a treat. We have loved our stay. The pool was fun, good room in the fitness center, and a Starbucks in the lobby. Oh and the breakfast is great! STARBUCKS I am traveling with two small kids. Corey and Laura went way above and beyond for us. We got a hot chocolate and they made sure it wasn’t too hot for them, gave them their own cups, weee so nice, understanding, and happy. Go there and ask for them!!!

Definitely recommend staying here if you're attending a show at the convention center. I love how convenient it is as it's just across the street, and there are so many restaurants that are walking distance. Rooms are great. I love they got rid of carpet. Bathroom needs updating but still good, has everything you need. The receptionist I got, Lei, was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. She made me feel so welcomed and made sure I had everything I need.

Great experience here while in from out of town! Convenient location and clean inside! Incredible customer service with a great smile! Shoutout to Corey who made my friend and I feel so valued! Excellent communication and great service at the Starbucks on site! Drinks were amazing and it was such a positive experience as he treated each guest with the utmost care and kindness! Thank you!

This hotel was by far the most exceptional experience I have ever had staying at a Marriott. We were staying here for my son’s birthday and we asked them for any simple extra accommodations they would have. Little did we realize they went ALL OUT our room was decorated, they got him some gifts that’s absolutely made his birthday. The group (Nakita was whom we spoke too) were amazing. I couldn’t praise them more. We will come back just because of how awesome we were treated and how great the rooms were.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
