Came here for a night for a quick trip to the city to meet with family. I was able to check in a couple hours early with no charge. Staff was super friendly and check in and check out process was smooth and quick. The hotel is very clean as well as the rooms. The bathtub was shiny white super clean! I forgot my ear plugs and was able to get some downstairs free of charge. They are very hospitable. The only downside is that the bar and Starbucks on site are on limited hours. Also the hotel is about 25-30 minutes from city center. Overall though it was a great comfortable stay.

Good hotel. Clean. Spacious lobby. There are some tables out back to relax and view some trees. Location is nice with a mall across the highway and a lake a few miles to the west. Room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Gym was spacious, but missing some dumbbells.

This hotel is well kept and maintained. The rooms are beautiful. But be mindful that it can get noisy, even with earplugs other guests would loudly return in the middle of the night. The hotel can’t help that so I can’t fault them. We did have a weird red spot on the floor (I only noticed when picking up a hair brush I dropped) and the was a pee drop on the toilet seat, that was gross but we always carry disinfectant wipes and just cleaned it (and the seat for that matter). Not a big deal for us in the end.

Highly recommend this Courtyard location! We checked in around 11:30pm and went into our room only to find out the A/C was out. We toughed it out for the night and went to the front desk for help the next day. The front desk associate Bryan was super nice and got us into a new room within a couple of hours! They also ensured I could get enough copies printed for a work presentation. Not only are we now in a room with working A/C they also gave us a $10 Food/Beverage Credit for the inconvenience. 10/10 for Bryan! Shout out to the customer service!

The room is good b but there are spider webs on ceiling. The bathroom has two shampoos and none body wash. The location is a driver away from good restaurants.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
