The staff at this hotel are just lovely. From the front desk personnel to the kindly room service woman, I was impressed. I would however like to single out Gregory C (Conrad?) in the morning breakfast area. Gregory might be the nicest person you'd ever want to meet. He is so kindly and warm and welcoming. Another random guest I did not know said to me "Oh he is the best. He's just great." to which I concurred. If more people were like Gregory, this world would be a much nicer, inclusive, respectful place.

We stayed 1 night at this hotel because we had to attend a funeral. Arrived to the hotel around 9:30 p.m. No one was there to serve us (3 families). After 10 minutes, we had to ask the bar tender for help to look for the front desk attendant to check us in. One of our families had to move to another room in the middle of the night because there was bugs in the bathroom. We paid for breakfast and were not told that we needed to get a coupon in order to get the food during check-in. After we checked out of the hotel, we found that a $50 holding charge went through our credit cards for each of our rooms. We were told that it will be credited back after 5 to 7 days. We never had this situation with other hotels before. We are all totally disappointed with this visit at the Courtyard by Marriott.

I have stayed here a few times. Pretty good experience. Sometimes it’s hard to get somebody at the service desk… Outside of that everything else is great.

The experience with the person in front desk was the worse costumer service. Even when I did a corporate reservation through a third party because is “cheaper” you need to pay a deposit for almost the whole price of the days. I did a reservation for 1 week where the whole amount was around $700 and also I needed to pay $350 for deposit, I mean $50 per day. The worse thing was the guy of the front desk told me that I need to give a 24 hours in advance if a want to pay with a corporate car. And I asked him where is the policy. And he never found the “policy” where they said about the 24 hours in advance. He never wanted to help me to find a solution, his solutions was only pay. Also he lied when I asked for the manager. I asked for the manager and he told me that the manager was in a meeting. And the manager NEVER WAS THERE. Because the manager of the housekeeping told me that the manager wasn’t there. Also he never wanted to gave me his name and the manager name. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. This happened in January 08th 2024.

I had a very bad experience the room service. I had booked a room for 3 people and for avionics only for two people. Upon calling the manager, they told me to switch the room for three people which was a free upgrade and later on they charged me for both the rooms. When enquired about the additional charges they denied that the upgrade of the room was not for free. All these happened in early morning on my birthday which made my whole day worst. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone staying.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
