The pics and real life do not match. Rooms are small, ceilings are low. If you are tall don’t stay here. No free breakfast. Beds are not the best and make noise every move you make. Room 227 has bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my arms, hands and shoulders. Not what I expect from a Marriott hotel. Tv is great though. Location great since right off the highway.

There were a couple of problems... first, the room had bathroom cleanser spilled all over the floor when we arrived. I called the front desk and someone came to clean it up within minutes. Secondly, our shower's cartridge must have hit it's limit as we had no hot water in the bath, only in the sink. We had to take a cool sponge bath, but the manager was kind enough to give us a small discount. So, all in all, the people made it a great experience and the beds were very comfortable.

Stayed here for a week on a work trip. For some reason the Domain locations were not available at the government rate so whatever. This hotel is located convenient to work but there were a few issues. I didn’t make a big deal about it because the hotel seemed dated and I’d probably experience the same thing no matter what room. The bath and sink drained so slow. The bath had stains that were old from not being cleaned properly. The bed was hard as a rock and I’m sure the box spring was broken. The housekeeper is also lazy or not paying attention because my room was half clean and bed was half made. She didn’t replenish things either. It was an okay stay but I won’t be back.

TV stopped working in middle of football game. Someone tried to fix it (taking up a lot of time). Moved to another room. In the morning the hair dryer handle was so sticky it was not usable, and they would not replace. No breakfast as employees did not show up. Manager said he would adjust our bill when we were ready to leave. He was gone when we checked out 15 min. later.

We definitely wanna appreciate Mo and his staff with all the accommodations they did for me and my family. The staff is amazing and they’re definitely ready to help you. Rooms: I had to figure out the water knobs for the shower considering one was broken so I didn’t know if it was hot or cold or even on for that much. You could still see the stains from where a Matt was previously at. Another thing that caught me off guard was that there was no microwave. Breakfast: I’m just gonna go ahead and so grab breakfast outside the hotel. But they do have a Starbucks coffee was exceptional. Overall we still were satisfied and genuinely it was because of the staff. So truly appreciate y’all. I know we will come back for sure. -Water Tower

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
