Great hotel!!! It was super nice and the location makes it really easy to get over to Haulover and the beach. Don’t book your stay through their website because it’s MUCH cheaper to go through a 3rd-party site. My wife and I stayed in a really nice room that ordinarily would’ve been upwards of $230 a night, and we were able to stay 4 nights at $150 a night! Overall the place was great, pretty inside and out, quiet, beautiful glass showers (those were fun for me and the wife), and most of the other guests were traveling business people that were quiet and kept to themselves, so that was nice. My only small complaints are that they don’t have a complimentary breakfast (they offer breakfast/coffee/alcohol in the lobby but it’s absolutely crazy overpriced), and they “charge” for parking (we weren’t affected by this though because they were resurfacing their parking lot the week that we were there, so they comped our parking for the entire stay).

Had the pleasure of visiting the Courtyard by Marriott at Aventura. The parking lot was being resurfaced so that was kinda of a first impression of not the best but once we were in the hotel I was so impressed. Check in with sweet Camila was a pleasure. She was so very sweet and kind with the check in. She gave us a incredible recommendation for a Peruvian restaurant, that was one of the best restaurants that I have ever been to. She was such a breath of fresh air in customer service. Thank you Marriott , promote this girl. The hotel was very nice, clean and very updated and modern. Room was great, only complaints were the beds were kinda hard and a/c was a little loud and sluggish. We only stayed one night but it was great. Got to see sweet Camila on the way out in the morning, for a hug. She is fantastic at recommendations!!

Decent spot for quick trip to Hard Rock Stadium. Mall being close with shops and restaurants. One of the elevators were broken during the stay and the shower leaked into the bathroom. Staff at the restaurant was very nice breakfast burrito was great

Great check in service by Roberto , very knowledgeable about the area and the local restaurants, pool very nice and clean, rooms are in excellent condition kudos to housekeeper. I wish they have some hotel bikes to ride around Aventura.

We are staying in this location for a few years in the Winter The staff is exdelete especially rashida at the front desk I cannot say enough good thing about this location. It's clean the atmosphere is great I will give it 10 stars.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
