It is bit of distance to downtown and there is no convenient tram stop at or near the hotel. There is some tram stops a couple blocks away and from there you are connected. The staff has been very good. We enjoyed a few meals at the hotel but mostly went to town to eat...except breakfast which is outstanding.

We feel cheated and horribly treated by this hotel, and they destroyed our birthday plans before we even come to them. Now after the whole accident with their service, we don't want to go there, and we need to fight through booking to get the money back (for not-used stay), that for now hotel doesn't want to return. I will strongly stay away from these hotels, especially there is many good hotels around.

I stayed two times at this hotel and here is my experience with Courtyard By Marriott Brno. Plus Points of this Hotel - The rooms are quite spacious and modern. The staff especially Nela and Natasha are very very courteous and friendly. They made sure that my stay was comfortable and all the requests were fulfilled. Special mentions for Nela and Natasha. They upgraded my room both the time with special welcome amenities since I am a Bonvouy Elite Member. Bed is also comfortable. All needed amenities are in the room and for extra you can ask the housekeeping. The hotel is very close to Brno Main Train Station. Some rooms also have a very nice view of the main train station. You have 2-3 daily complimentary water bottles. Negative Points - Their Restaurant is only open from 6:30 am till noon. And then it re-opens at 5 PM till night. They do not have the restaurant open in the day time which is quite surprising for a Courtyard by Marriott property. Do check your final bill on check out, since for me, the bill was wrongly calculated and I ended up paying extra. However everything was rectified within 2-3 days. But do cross check the amount before paying. The nearest tram stop is almost 7-8 mins far from the hotel and due to the construction going besides the hotel, it's slightly difficult to reach the tram stop in hurry. During weekend or peak hours, parking gets packed. Parking is 450 CZK / night. Some passengers park the car in such a way that they end up taking two parking spaces. One entire and one half. Making it slightly difficult to move around and park. They do not have a in room dining menu, if you need to order anything from the restaurant, you need to call them and ask for the items they have which is quite inconvenient. There is no digital menu as well. If you are using the Marriott Bonvouy app chat with front desk option to request for amenities, most of the time they will take a few hours to respond. In my case , sometimes it was more than 3 hours. So it's better to call and notify them.

Overall amazing but loses a star on small details. Pros -High quality customer service - Monika and Alice were amazing -Fast reply on the Marriott app -Beautiful upgrade for Marriott members with perfect room that has an amazing view and professional cleaning daily -Public microwave in the market you can use to heat up food -big gym with everything you need Cons -Not the staff fault, but the hotel is cutting a lot of costs for example: -No free shuttle to the old town like they used to offer 3 years ago, this is unsafe because there’s heavy construction limiting the way you can walk to the old town which means you have to take a huge detour or cross a major road with no pedestrian light -No free water in the room, tip: free water in the gym if you have your own bottle -You have to ask for a lot of things- like the Restaurant doesn’t automatically offer bread and butter at dinner, you Have to ask for it

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
