Perfect location and awesome staff! I highly recommend this courtyard. Erin at the front desk was wonderful! I remembered her from a stay last month, she was very helpful and just a sweetheart. My girlfriend loves it here too because of all the shopping right off Michigan avenue..3 blocks to casino, dispensary's and awesome bars and restaurants in close proximity

Hotel is a great location - steps from the Magnificent Mile and of course everything that the area has to offer. We were really disappointed to show up for a family of five vacation to be told at the front desk that the pool AND fitness center weren’t available due to construction. Had we have known this ahead of time, we’d have booked somewhere else. We didn’t come to Chicago to swim and workout, but it’s a thing we expected to have for our kids after walking the streets for hours with little ones. We stayed in a larger room for our family of 5, and were given three towels - had to get more. On our second night we needed a roll of toilet paper brought to the room (only one was provided for our three night/family of five stay), and front desk (nicely) asked if we could come down and get it because housekeeping had left for the day and this person was THE ONLY PERSON ON DUTY. ONE PERSON….At a 24-story hotel on the magnificent mile in downtown Chicago. Had to wait 20+ minutes for our car when we left on our checkout morning because valet didn’t see our text and was sleeping apparently, until I called. Overall, not awful. It’s a great location. That said, based on our experience, we would actively look to stay elsewhere on a return to trip to downtown.

This is a very good hotel!! It’s right next to the Magnificent Mile which is super convenient! The rooms were pretty clean for the most part. The customer service was good as well! I loved that this hotel has Starbucks, a restaurant and a gym inside! I went on a staycation with my sisters and we enjoyed our stay here. The only thing I would say needs to be improved is their garbage system. We only had small garbage cans in our room which filled up so fast and there was no big garbage cans outside our room to empty our trash. Also, we ran out of bath tissue during a two day stay which is unacceptable. Other than that, this is a pretty solid 4-star hotel! 👍🏼

Great Location and Great Service! Average hotel for the price. I thought the room could have been cleaned a tad bit better, and I was a little disappointed that a few small things were broken in the room/on the floor when I arrived (privacy door latch, ice machine). Also be prepared to hear road and city noise throughout the night. We didn’t have any big issues, and for the most part the hotel was clean, and everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful!

Cable doesn't work. Very noisy street traffic and construction area. It's not a quiet place, but it's Chicago traffic here. The rooms are nice and bed is comfortable. Pillows are too soft and bedding holds heat in seriously so turn the heat down considerably at night to be comfortable.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
