First off the customer service here was fantastic. I also liked the location, as it was close to the freeway but not too far from creature comforts. My only complaint is that the property appears to be overlooked by corporate and that’s kinda sad - With the conference rooms and lobby bar seemingly better than expected at most places, you’d think it could be more of a magnet for conventions or something. Get the keyless entry added, spruce it up a bit, and you’d have a very high class experience at a reasonable price.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. The layout is a bit odd with the pool being totally exposed and in the middle of the place, though. Also the walls seem quite thin as I could hear the people in the room next to me having a bit too much fun. Also, the prices for snacks and breakfast are stupidly high. They definitely like to nickel and dime you here. That said, you get what you pay for I suppose as it is a pretty nice hotel that feels clean and safe.

Our stay started off rough due to a management switch up. The rooms were absolutely filthy. Hair in all layers of the bedding, dirty used towels, clogged sink and tub drains, and dust everywhere upon check in. We were very sick due to all the dust. The Front desk, Maintenance, and Bistro staff were all friendly and helpful! New management was very responsive and housekeeping fixed all of our issues when requested. The hotel is dated and in need of renovation. Full Disclosure: we were in town for the death of my father in law. The hotel was conveniently located between my father in law's home and the funeral home. My cousin booked our room using the family and friends rate for this reason. Front Desk did state management approved our request to continue our rate until we finish handling the affairs.

We were driving in from Texas due to a job transfer. I booked the room online a couple weeks in advance. We were early and I called the hotel to see what time we could check in. A very nice lady said you can come check in whenever you’re ready. When I got to the hotel I was greeted by a very friendly lady named Kimberly. I got to my room and was pretty satisfied. It was warm and welcoming. Nice view of the pool. The location is great. It’s close to the highway. You cannot hear the traffic. The pool was pretty warm. I would like it a bit warmer, but overall I was satisfied. We stayed in this hotel many years ago. It has been updated since. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Kimberly went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable at all times. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing missing was a microwave.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
