The locations is great. You are within walking distance to all the restaurants on restaurants row in addison. The staff was super friendly at check in. The room was was clean and nicely layout. I would say the bathtub and shower need to be upgraded as I think it would add more to the decor of the room. But definitely a clean and well kept up hotel. I only stay in marriots or hiltons so I constantly judge the decor and cleanliness of these hotels I stay in. I would definitely stay again at this location.

The first time I stayed here was awesome.However, yesterday was a nightmare. Apparently housekeeping did NOT make it to the 7th floor. I changed rooms twice and both rooms looked like they were currently occupied and I should not have been there.Needless to say I requested a refund and went to the Renaissance Hotel and lawd knows it a true 4 star hotel 🙌. I think my Marriott days are over! Also, shout out to King at the front desk, he was so professional and did his best to assist! The guy with the dreadlocks needs to do better. He disappeared and left King with a lobby full of waiting guest, then came back with an attitude. It's time to clean house Courtyard ( pun intended).

Our company uses this hotel on a weekly basis. Unfortunately cleanliness and hygiene continue to be a significant challenge hotels rooms, common areas, and elevators. Specific issues are as followed: 1. Cleanliness of rooms - eye lashes on floor, hair on floor, spots on carpets and couches, cockroaches, minimal room service, etc. 2. Not a single TV lines up to the channels, been more than a year. Hard to understand something so simple… 3. Receptionist / desk clerk stating this is the top grossing Courtyard in Dallas and then having to remind him of cleanliness issues… 4. Constantly smells like marijuana in hallways and elevators 5. The hotel gym is the size of a bathroom and smells like bad body odor 6. Guests routinely walking around lobby of hotel with no shirts on (males) in the food and beverage area Unfortunately, it’s getting worse and after spending 50+ nights here annually (me alone not the rest of my team), we’re going to look elsewhere as this is not a Courtyard Property in terms of appearance, cleanliness, and quality.

I'm giving 3 stars because we've stayed here twice. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff (guy) was exceptional, very professional and friendly. The location is perfect, lots of good food and things to do in walking distance, however what we did not like was not having free breakfast and parking. I'm guessing parking fee is for whom they choose, 1st stay I was charged parking, second stay I was not. Over all I would say if you don't care about free breakfast this is a really nice place to stay. The room prices are a little expensive at times but I been able to catch deals on expedia. I would also request to not be charged for parking, lol! It's worth a try. I would definitely stay here again for the right price. Hope this helps someone, thanks for reading🙏🏾

Very typical for the brand. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, in the heart of the restaurant district of Addison.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
