Rooms are definitely luxurious with fancy lights and everything. Got a good view from our room. Hotel is away from the city so it is in a very quiet and peaceful area with bus connectivity from Princess Street. Breakfast was good as well. Would definitely recommend to shortlist this hotel if you're visiting Edinburgh for a few days, however you might get better deals on other 4 star hotels

6 nights. Very satisfied. Room always very clean, towels fresh. Breakfast fabulous, food fresh and tasty. Fantastic good coffee. I strongly recommend this place to everyone. Nice hotel for very reasonable money.

The good stuff: The location was fab with a bus stop right outside. The car park was safe. The breakfast was brilliant, so so yum and the variety was excellent. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The bad stuff: We had to move from room 112 as there was a loud whistling noise coming from the vents. We moved to room 137 where the sink was so slow to drain that when I washed my face it would fill to the top and I had to decant the water out into the shower with a glass to continue using the sink. It wasn't looked into during our stay despite the staff advising they would look into it. The pillows were too low to use one but too high to use two, would be better with 1xhard and 1xsoft pillow. The bathroom door is just a glass door with a massive gap in it so not much privacy. The only mirror in the room (outside the bathroom) is in the back of a wardrobe so not ideal for doing your makeup. Also the lighting was poor. The staff in the restaurant liked to gossip a lot which was off putting as it made you feel they would discuss the guests in a derogatory manner.

Fairly new hotel, clean, comfortable and handy for the airport, would use again. Although we never used it there seems to be good public transport links to the city. Hotel is located within the grounds of heriot watt university.

Very close to the location I was at for work. Menu was a bit restricted for what I could eat. But I managed a steak, which was nice. Wee bit overcooked. Staff were helpful, friendly, and approachable. The room was amazing tidy and very clean, and the bed was comfy. The room wasn't too hot or cold, but it was just right.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
