I stayed here in July 2021 for 2 nights! Great location and very clean. Was easy to get here from the airport too. Very comfortable. The pool and bar on the rooftop were beautiful! Didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel because I was at the beach and with friends, but I was able to sleep well. It was really a great hotel and would be interested in staying there again!

I stayed two nights. The service was great. Valet parking is not amazing. You have to pay for it, and they literally leave the car on the street right there all night. The room facing the main street ( N Fed Hayway) is super noise. Also, the AC is very loud, too. The price was on the high end for this type of service. I loved that it was dog friendly, though.

When you look beyond the decor you see poor building maintenance and lack of customer service. Forced to valet while valet takes public parking spots, pool door was broken, no complimentary breakfast, ice room door broken, asked for towels on pool deck. Cleaning personnel were great in our room.

I stayed as a Top Aesthetics patient. The staff was completely amazing and went above and beyond. The front desk associate Danielle was so accommodating. The kitchen staff and bartender were amazing!! Thanks for making my recovery stay so smooth! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Stayed for one night for a concert and the hotel was lovely. Great location and the service was amazing. Summer at front desk did a great job at accommodating me and was there for anything I could’ve needed. Super friendly and helpful! My favorite part was def the rooftop pool/bar. Ray was the bartender and he was very friendly and made great drinks.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
