The front manager Flavia could not have been more accommodating, professional and pleasant, she made our stay comfortable from the minute we walked in. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for our stay. The staff at the bistro were great too. A nice location and quiet. They were renovating and we knew that from when we reserved, prior to arriving got a few emails and when we checked in however we did not experience any issues or even heard them. Would highly recommend

Although my stay commenced a bit tense due to ongoing renovations (which my confirmed reservation failed to advise) the Area Manager, General Manager and entire staff went above and beyond my expectations to make my stay with them enjoyable. The breakfasts at this location are excellent! Bistro staff very friendly, and quality of breakfast was very good. Rooms are comfortable with plenty of towels. I will definitely choose this hotel on my next stay in this area!

I'm not sure if I'm just lucky, but the staff at every Marriott I've stayed at in the last year has been outstanding, this location was no exception. Shamandy was very helpful and kind, with a great knowledge of the area for two tourists like myself and my wife we found it extremely helpful. The room was clean as was the pool and the bistro, (a la carte) was tasty. A nice benefit also was that it was like 25 min from the beach. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Booked online through Expedia. In FLL for work / vacation. After quite a bit of research, we chose this location as it is a 4 star and halfway between work and beach. Most rooms are being renovated, from the outside you can see mattresses and construction debris through the windows, making the building look like a halfway house. Front desk staff pleasant but when we inquired why weren’t we notified of the state of the hotel, told us it’s on the website. I went back on the reservation website and still could not find it indicated anywhere. Cancelled the reservation (paying additional $157 to do so) and moved to another hotel. It will be lovely once the reno is finished. Location is great, however not convinced it merits a 4star rating.

Stayed at one in West Melbourne with my sister. The rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating. We had an A/C issue in our first room and the apologized and set us up in a different room with no hassle. Good price for such a clean and courteous hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
