Stayed 1 night in January 2024. I chose this location because it was convenient to my office as I was traveling from out of town. Let me start by saying that the staff is very nice and welcoming. I got in later than anticipated due to flight delays. I just wanted to get into my room and settle in for the evening. I arrived, was assigned my room, went to it, noticed it didn't seem too clean, but brushed it off my shoulder. So, I begin to get settled, and notice that the bathroom is also not very clean - hair everywhere, etc. Ok, now I'm beginning to get a bit grossed out, but turning a blind eye - I'm tired and have to be up early. I remove the cover on top of the bed (not the comforter, but the cover) and notice that the actual comforter is so dirty. I literally don't think that the thing has ever been cleaned. I stripped it off the bed and used the sheet to seep with. I kindly checked out early the next morning and asked a few of my colleagues if they had experienced the same thing - to which we all replied that we would never stay at this property again.

Nov2023 Love this location. This is my 3rd time here for annual trip, but they have started using a new "air freshener" that is allergy meltdown inducing. We needed to move rooms and all the halls and lobby are full of the odor. If it's clean, it doesn't need air freshener. The smell is like the things you buy at the car wash to hang in a car. Not a clean smell. Bed comfortable and cute bistro in lobby for food snacks or meeting up with friends. Staff very nice and friendly and helpful!

Great and friendly staff! Very personable and professional! Tammy at the bar was extremely professional and yet very personable and made me feel special and blot just some other customer. I felt like a guest in your home and was made to feel special! Also Rosa at the front desk was also a pleasure to see and speak with everyday! She was very professional, attentive, courteous, and really made you feel important and special. She is a true professional and assets to the company!

I have never experienced a staff this nice! We stayed here Dec. 24-26th of 2023. We had friends over and sat with them in the lobby/dinning area and ate dinner we brought from another restaurant. They brought us ice for our drinks, gave us some bags for our trash, made us cookies while we waited for our food, and constantly came by to ask if we were ok. We stayed in the lobby till about 1am, and the staff was kind to us the entire time, even the night shift arrived and kept the hospitality. Mind you this is the hotel staff who are not exclusively bar staff! The next morning some of us were waiting in the lobby, and the staff offered us coffee and let us use their microwave and oven. amazing people!!

An oldie but a goodie. Definitely holds up to the Marriott standards. The decor is a little out dated but just a few more years and a splash violet or a timeless green and it will be caught up to the next generation. Personally I like the decor. It's been well maintained and the furnishings have been updated since the 70s carpet and paint color choice - again I love the retro feel and the cleanliness and maintenance keep it just fresh enough. Always a go to because you know what you're getting and that's a warm welcome with a splash of just making sure you're good and it's not a problem to ask for something of you need or want it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
