Love this location! Great central point to getting to any of the major highways. Endless nearby food options for both sit-down and take out. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Overall this is one of the best hotels in the Galleria area. Special shoutout to Spencer, who is almost always working the front desk when I check in. He is so pleasant and accommodating!

I stayed 4 nights with a friend attending a convention that was downtown at the GRB convention center. The room was great. We were perplexed by erratic housekeeping. Some days, we had coffee pods, some not. Notice that if we didn't need fresh towels, to hang them up. We did that and still got fresh towels. The attached garage was excellent. Will come back next year.

Starting off at check in with Spencer. He was absolutely fantastic. He accommodated my top floor request and even gave me a corner room. Fantastic interaction with Spencer. The rooms are quite dated however very clean and housekeeping was excellent. I see people complaining about $21 parking, however, they must be from small towns where parking is usually free. I'm use to paying $50 plus in areas such as this with corporate offices around so $21 was excellent with in-and-out privileges. Simply pressing my keycard to get in and out was great.

I stayed for one night. The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location… I don’t think the front desk staff were intentionally coming across rude. I think it was personality and perhaps lack of hospitality experience. When I walked in my room, I saw steaks on the toilet seat (not bowl), and unfolded towel, and a used bar soap. I am not a stickler when it comes to a hotel room needing to be perfect but it seems the bathroom was not touched at all. Hotel changed my room. I didn’t expect a refund or credit of any kind, but was surprised none was offered. I told the person at the front I took photos but he was not interested in seeing them.

Room was clean and updated... check in was easy and they offered my late check out due to status. Pool was nice but would have loved a jacuzzi to sit in.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
