Shantria at the restaurant is wonderful-very efficient and personable. Meeting her made our day a better one! Kenneth, the security guard was terrific. He apprehended a suspicious looking person while were having breakfast. Although Kenneth clearly knew the man was mentally ill, and was kind to him, he had no choice but to escort him out of the hotel.

Pros: Anything sitting, sleeping, or shower related were excellent. Good linens, pillows, mattress, shower amenities. Location for Chevron, ETP, and several other Energy companies could not be better. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Easy on/off Highway loop access. Cons: Valet Only Parking, No Microwave, No Continental Breakfast (my error for not checking), low quality TV/Cable service, terrible coffee maker/condiments. In short, the furniture and room appointments were of high quality but anything related to eating or entertainment were not, or not available. I will stay at one of the other 2 hotel companies also housed in the same building next time. I can't remember the last time I stayed at a Marriot, so perhaps I'm used to the more practical and family-friendly needs attended to at other hotel chains.

We liked just about everything about this hotel. The valet parking was easy, check in was seamless, and the room was a great size/location. The only thing that sucked was the noise from either our neighbors or the electrical room. We couldn’t tell, but it happened all night into the morning. Finally crashed out in the AM, but definitely not ideal. The location was perfect for getting around downtown, though and other than being noisy, we liked the room.

The rooms are older and need to be updated. The AC doesn’t work well. The staff is horrible! Especially alondra. She’s rude and I’ll never stay here again because of her condescending and disrespectful attitude. You’re in customer service. You clearly shouldn’t be since you don’t know how to speak to other adults. The person that checked me in stated they needed a credit card for incidentals and it would hold $200, well they charged the WRONG card for my total stay, not just $200 and they’re refusing to refund me even though they also charged my OTHER card for my full stay. In total they have over $2000 of mine and I haven’t even checked out yet. I asked to speak with a manager and she refused to let me she also hung up on me. As far as the hotel itself - The beds are horrible. Water pressure is horrible but mostly just the unwelcoming , rude staff is the problem.The only reason they get 2 stars is for the location and the only nice employee I encountered was Carlin ! She is the only one that speaks and is respectful. Other than that not worth the money. Edit to add: the manager Mrs. Johnson made every effort to make up for her rude employees and staff mistakes with charging my card. I really appreciate her customer service and dedication to making it right!

Nice hotel with large solo rooms. The pillow didn't fit my needs, I like a harder version but that is a personal reference. Wifi is not reliable. The location is great, a lot of restaurants and bars are in this area. The main street has a ton of homeless people but not as bad as LA or San Francisco.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
