Stayed for 2 weeks for business. Majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The evening gal at the Bar/Restaurant was very rude most of the time. Was at work before breakfast so I had no idea how they were. The room was super cold, if the temperature was raised above 73 degrees, the heater would come on. The area around Hotel is pretty rough.

I love Marriott Properties, especially Courtyard. We stayed here for 2023 Sling Experience event. I am originally from Houston but do not currently live here. But the staff upholds the southern hospitality that I speak highly of when sharing my home state with others. With the large number of people staying here for the event, the staff remained incredibly kind, thoughtful and consistently had smiling faces! The hotel is rather dated, but the staff does the best they can with what they have! The age of the property is not the staffs fault. They made it entirely comfortable!!!!

I am a Southwest Airlines pilot based at Houston-Hobby, but living in another major Texas city, so I frequently commute over to Houston to begin my Southwest trips and stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Houston-Hobby Airport, usually once a week (sometimes more) for the last 17+ years. I have probably stayed there close to 1250 nights. I have seen the Courtyard and its' staff go through many changes over the years, but I still stay at the Courtyard. My room is always ready for me when I arrive. If, on the rare occasion (nobody is 100% perfect over 1250 stays) there is an issue, it is quickly fixed or resolved. Yes, quite a few faces have changed (a rare few have stayed the same) over the years, but the even the new faces have great attitudes and continue to make me feel welcome. I only gave Service 4 stars, because as a Courtyard, they only have a Bistro with a limited menu serving basically breakfast and dinner (not really a lunch), so you might have to go somewhere to eat or have what you like delivered (Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc...); but that is the only real drawback to the Courtyard, I can find. If you need a good clean hotel room, with great staff, close to the Houston-Hobby Airport, I highly recommend the Courtyard, but please don't all rush over there, as I will still need a room there, once or twice a week. If there are weather or other disruptions to Southwest service, they do send "stranded" passengers over to the Courtyard.

The hotel stay was okay! When we first got here we didn’t have the right room. The room I booked had 2 beds and a couch, the exact reason I booked it so everybody here could be comfortable. They didn’t have it available so we stuck with the room that had just the two double beds and we only needed sleep for a few hours, cool no problem. Also, we was told breakfast wasn’t free, it was only free for the Rugby team. This hotel is literally not worth it for people to even be paying for breakfast. Also, the day we was checking out, a big cockroach came out of the tissue box … I will insert picture below if I am able to.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
