I've stayed here before and everything was fine, but not the last time. The room had a musty smell and the air conditioning did not cool the room cooler than the outside temperature. There is also a $7.58 charge for parking in their own lot. I wasn't asked if I had a car to park and there is no reason to charge for parking at this property. The hotel next door also has plenty of parking and does not charge for the privilege of staying with them.

This hotel is great!! My wife and I almost exclusively stay at Marriott properties, with Courtyard usually a top choice for us. Coming from 2 people who work in hospitality for over 10 years, specifically hotels, this hotel has yet disappoint us. Service is always great and everyone is super friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Don't be fooled by the petty, bad reviews. This hotel is fantastic and will always be our choice when we come to Houston.

This place was a 5 star all around. Even though The Marriott is one of my favorite hotels to stay at this location Customer service was so awesome every worker here was so friendly and they all interacted with us and was so helpful. We are a traveling recording gospel choir so we were here to minister at a church nearby. Our choir name is Joel Jones and 3MC and we are from the great state of Louisiana. Houston is a place we visit a lot so we will be looking forward to staying here again.

The gentleman that has been working nights recently has been awesome. I've had great interactions with all employees and guests here and had an all around good experience. The rooms are new, clean, and spacious. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. Rooms were clean, and the parking lot was well lit. Close to several stores as well. I would stay here again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
