Went to an event at the NRG stadium. It was easy to get to stadium and get back. We drove, but it was a 15-20 walk if you chose to do that. It is a nice area just north of the hotel, super nice houses and area. Staff was nice! Only thing I wish is that it was easier to unload car from parking lot, as it is not easy to bring luggage carrier to parking lot (easy if you parked up front - but it was super busy). Otherwise, I have no complaints! I would definitely stay here again!

My spouse is a Veteran and we live in Louisana. The VA made the arrangements for our stay. My spouse and I spent 5 days here, and due to an unforeseen medical issue he had to be hospitalized Wednesday and was discharged late Friday. When we returned to the hotel, our room key didn't work. Upon talking to the young man on duty, we were told that day had not been authorized and we had to leave. I asked him to called the manager. We were told he could not and didn't have his number. After two hours of making calls to the VA rep who was not available and corporate call center, we were told that the Service Desk does have the manager's contact information. The clerk was not transparent and forth coming with information. The manager was eventually contacted and he told us, that the hotel had not been contacted by the Faith House authorizing an additional day and we would have to pay out of pocket. We checked out and made the six hour trip in the rain. We were contacted Saturday morning by the doctor and the VA rep. Both the doctor and the Rep. had tried to contact the Faith House and no one answered or return their call. Since this is not a perfect world, I do understand things happen. But my problem with the situation is, Courtyard makes a lot of money from the VA housing Veteran and sometimes exceptions should be made. The reason my spouse was hospitalized, his lung collapsed and the doctor didn't want us in the middle of no where and he began having breathing problems. I know from working in Corporate, a manager has the discretion to make exceptions. This should have been on of those times. We do have an upcoming visit in March and we will ask the VA rep, to make arrangements at another hotel.

The hotel and room was clean & recently renovated. But they need to add insulation in the walls. The cleaning people were cleaning the room next door this morning and we could hear every detail including the radio they were listening to. For a minute when I was awakened I thought they were cleaning our bathroom!!!

The rooms are nice and comfortable... The Bistro was a little bizarre but after waiting 40 minutes we got our food and hot chocolate.. it was okay bit very pricey...

Hotel was nice enough. Staff was friendly. Tyler and Daniel went out of their way to make sure my family and I were happy. Water pressure less then I would of liked and hot tub didn't work but other then that nice place. 20 minute walk from Texas children's hospital and Kroger next door so convenient

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
