Me and my family had a very comfortable stay. Ashley at the front desk was extremely attentive and thoughtful from beginning to end. There was no complimentary breakfast but they do give the option to purchase breakfast down in the lobby. Rooms were clean and staff were all friendly. Will stay here again.

Came into Houston for Great Aunts 80th birthday. Amazing staff Ms. Kat was a blessing. Fast and super friendly. She checked us in and was very informative. True southern hospitality. Stayed on the 4th floor. I would definitely stay at this location again. Just to experience Ms. Kat pleasantries. Hotel was clean, spacious, and quiet. Most pleasant experience in a long time.

I hate staying at hotels, but sometimes you have to. We came here 5 months back for our daughters College Stem thing and I was shocked by how actually clean it was, especially that we paid for and happily left 2 other hotels that evening until passed midnight that made our stomachs turn the moment we stepped in them. We got a room with a balcony which is important to have. Staff all around were nice for real real. Coincidentally, our daughter had a concert to go to this past weekend in the same area, and we came from Mississippi, so we got the same Hotel and it was just as nice this time. Target, Dominoes and and couple gas station are within a safe walking distance along with other places. When I come back to Houston, this is the only place I will look into.

Clean, quiet room with very nice staff. Great place to spend a night when my flight was canceled and couldn't get rebooked until well into the next day. A little further from the airport than I would have liked but everything was booked there. Wifi connected without any hiccups and it was comfortable to work while waiting. Several breakfast options and a well stocked pantry was helpful. Nice to see flowers in January!

Courtyards are Courtyards. This one is clean, reasonable, and staffed with friendly, helpful folks. The location is handy when you need to be on the north side of town and have easy access to the freeways that take you everywhere else.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
