The rooms are nice, standard marriott furnishings but the house keepers are not good cleaners. Their care for the guests and attention to detail is almost completely non existent. When I arrived the sheets had stains that looked like blood and smelled like sweat like they were not changed from the guests before me. Politely asked front counter if she could have cleaners swap the sheets. She said yes but after waiting all day and noticing the cleaners packing it up without attending to our room I went back to the front desk. I was told they don't clean the rooms everyday but they would send someone to change my sheets. They made my bed nice and neat with the same sheets and went on their way. Long story short avoid this place if you have any type of standards. Like another review said this is a last resort option only thing good so far is the price.

Decent hotel. Very low prices compared to others in the area. Quickly became obvious with musky smelling rooms and was charged $20 for a frozen cookie and a bottle of water they didn't even have.

I checked into room 232 suite. I found stains on floors and furniture. The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. We felt as if we were sinking in and we had back pain the next day. We didn’t get any sleep at night. Other things were that the furniture was outdated. There was no soap near the sink. I would have to say, this is one of worst places that I have stayed. I am not one to complain so that says a lot. It’s a good location close to restaurants.

This should be maybe a last-resort option. Saw 1st hand that family that stayed at the nearby DoubleTree West Chase had a much better and cleaner experience at the same price. I was originally assigned room 224. The toilet bowl was stained brown, the toilet seat was "melted"/chipped and had a strange unnatural raised/dotted texture to it, the TV did not work, and there were obvious stains on the sofa. When I went to the front desk to show pictures of the issues, I wasn't even offered a new room; the staff was telling me that they can send someone up to clean the bathroom but those are hard water stains that will just return again, and also it might take 30 minutes or so before someone can attend to it. I had to suggest changing rooms as an option since it wasn't even proposed by the staff. The new room, 229, was cleaner, so it was obvious there wasn't a big hard water stain issue in all the toilet bowls of the hotel that made them brown. The toilet seat was normal and clean and the TV worked. Quite an unpleasant experience with the front desk. It's unclear if they purposely assign this obviously shoddy room to anyone that they "profile" at check-in to see if they would tolerate the obvious poor condition of room 224. Pretty upsetting, since I booked with the marriott website, so it's not as if I was mistreated for using a third-party booking service.

The location is a bit out of the way and tricky to get to if you've never been there before, but overall it was very nice. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The rooms were comfortable but the bad was a little to soft for my liking still very nice though. Parking was convenient and secure. They have a business center as well as workout center and whirlpool for relaxing all of which was very comfortable. Our stay was great and the location is great for shopping as well as dining and not to far from the freeway to hop on and go exploring.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
