The hotel room has everything that we need! Microwave, fridge, newly furnished shower, wide and spacious, clean and tidy. The Pillows were comfortable, i usually cannot stand hotel pillows. If you need hot water to fill up your water bottle, remember to ask the receptionist at the front desk. First day, the receptionist filled it up for me for free. The second day I went to get hot water, the staff who worked there charged me $2 + tax USD for filling up our bottles..I can pay, but why pay if you can get it for free.

I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Las Vegas Convention Center when attending MagicCon 2023. The location was second to none. Literally directly across the street from the convention center... couldn't pick a closer place. The rooms were nice, clean and comfy. No complaints there. The breakfast options left something to be desired. Nothing free or included, sadly. They did have a little coffee shop downstairs, and things like made to order eggs for around $20. I tried the breakfast burrito for $17 and had a $7 coffee. It was a good burrito, easily worth $8-9, but not nearly worth the price. Does that seem petty, to complain about an overpriced breakfast? Perhaps, perhaps. But having traveled the world and stayed at a lot of very nice hotels, it seems silly that I spent $1300 for 4 nights and didn't even get bagels and coffee. Embassy Suites has a made to order omelette bar, so maybe I've just been spoiled by Hilton properties. Overall, good hotel, but I'll go for a place with better amenities next time.

I was a bit nervous booking here after reading mixed reviews, but it is directly across from the Convention Center so I chanced it. The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean, fast internet, quiet at night, zero complaints. Would absolutely stay here again if I were going to the convention center. Uber/lyft did occasionally have trouble finding the front entrance so I started putting details in the chat part on the app.

We had our stay here for a couple of days. The location is near the monorail which is a good choice if you’re exploring Las Vegas Strip (through hotel hopping). Also the Convention Center is a walking distance. All our requests were accommodated accordingly and pretty fast. Thanks to the staff who welcomed us. Will definitely comeback and stay again! 💙

Great location for conventioners. Rooms nice. Not decadent like strip but very adequate for work. Nice pool. Disappointing there's no jacuzzi after long day walking.... just wish little food stand had lunch available. Bare minimum on eating in option.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
