The hotel was supposedly updated, but it doesn’t look like it. No breakfast buffet like typical Marriotts, just a crummy bistro that appeared overwhelmed at all times. The only good part about my stay was the actual staff. They were all very friendly and professional. I should have paid a bit more per night and stayed in the strip.

Not a good location with airplane taking off frequently and neighborhood not ideal. Those could be forgotten but one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed! Bloody comforter, dirt rings in cups, towels smell and when you ask front desk they just make excuses and get defensive. It's been a while since last renovation and just not keeping up. Keep looking!!!!

Good rooms, service and location. The front desk manager I think her name is KT is very helpful. Housekeeping is not that great. I stayed there for about 2 weeks and I had to keep going to the front desk to have house keeping service my room that too took a few days for them to service. Otherwise everything else was great.

KT's welcoming demeanor made a lasting impression from the moment I stepped into the lobby. She was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the area, offering valuable insights and tips that enhanced my stay. I had the pleasure of staying at a serene hotel during a bustling fight night in the city, where my best friend was part of Boo Boo Andrade's walkout team. As someone who values tranquility, this hotel was a delightful surprise. It was ideally situated - close enough to the vibrant strip to feel the energy but far enough to ensure peace and safety. In summary, this hotel is a perfect choice for those seeking a quiet retreat in the heart of the city. A big thank you to KT for her amazing customer service. Her kindness and expertise made my stay truly special.

We stayed here for a concert at Allegiant Stadium and the location is great. You can walk there within a few minutes. But the staff here is not good. We were sleeping in our room and at 4 AM someone tried to get in our room. They had a key and if we had not deadlocked the door they would have gotten in. They woke up our children and it was a very upsetting incidence. My husband went down to the front desk and the woman working there just apologized and said their system said the room was empty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
