Great location, staff is stellar, very helpful and lovely to work with. The rooms, however, resemble a cheap flip. The rooms are very small, not a lot of room to move around if you are there for more than a night or two. The lighting was dark, the toilet wouldn't flush half the time unless you popped the top and fiddled with the inner workings of the tank, the shower flooded the very tiny bathroom, the room was dark with poor lighting. Overall, we left after a couple of nights and booked another property for the remainder of our stay because the room was so bad. Very cheap furnishings and amenities for what they charge. It was quite surprising for a Marriott property.

Very impressed with the value for money at this hotel. Great check-in experience, decent bar and offerings for a Courtyard level hotel. The Tesla neighborhood shuttle service is a huge plus, I used it twice and it was super convenient. Thanks for a great stay.

Don’t be fooled by the photos! This hotel is a huge disappointment. The reality is far from what’s advertised. My room, instead of a pleasant view, overlooked a car park with water pallets. The hygiene standards were appalling, evident from the stained bed sheets in our room. Customer service is virtually non-existent. I tried contacting both the general manager and guest service manager regarding these issues, but my concerns were completely ignored. It’s a complete letdown and please steer clear of this place.

Location is nice. Walking distance to super markets, parks, restaurants and more. Our room is facing the sea, and we appreciate the view very much. Staff don't seem to be very happy employees. The impatience on their face and in their voice is obvious. As a Marriott member, I don't remember having similar experience before. The amenity fee has gone up from $22 to $30, and no one explained to me what kind of services it includes at check-in. It's something I found out via Google reviews - thank you all reviewer! I gave 3 star for the view and location. No matter how nice the facility is, you need friendly staff to feel welcomed.
