        Great service overall. My husband and I stayed for the night before a cruise. The room was clean (and I’m a stickler for cleanliness). The food was good for breakfast at the downstairs bistro. Service was fast when asking for a few additional towels. The bed was comfortable. Overall, perfect stop for a night.

        Overall, I had a great stay here. The location was very easy for me to get around Miami, and the front reception was very friendly. 24hr service there. My only complaint was housekeeping was very inconsistent. My room was only made up once during a 5 day stay. They kept coming at 8am before I left for my day, then the one morning I was actually out & I came back at noon and my room wasn't done yet? I just really wanted fresh towels!! But it's fine, I don't really care too much about that just seemed weird.

        Our room wasn’t ready until past 5pm so we ended up waiting in the lobby for a bit. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming though. We stayed on the 2nd floor in a one bedroom king suite with two sofa beds. The room was noisy at night but if you bring earplugs it should be fine. Our king bed was comfortable and the bedroom was huge, but overall the room was grimy. We had to wipe down most surfaces as there was visible grime. Neither sofa bed was made up and both were missing sheets sets, pillows, blankets. We had to request everything - thankfully, they arrived quickly. Breakfast at the restaurant was decent both in taste and price. We went at around 9am as recommended by the restaurant staff and it wasn’t too busy. It got significantly more crowded around 9:45am. Was an ok stay but probably wouldn’t stay here again given the price and the condition of the room.

        My husband and i stayed here for one night before we got in our cruise and it really was only good for location and the front desk staff was really kind but we still haven’t gotten our 50 dollar incidental fee back when they said it would be returned at the end of our stay... it was really loud all night the room was alright they didn’t really have a bed frame they put these pads at the back of the bed for padding that you can tell have never really been cleaned same with the pack and play for our infant. when they brought it the net was ripped and had stains and didn’t even provide a sheet. the breakfast was pretty pricy and not super good. i don’t recommend staying here and when we come on cruises out of miami again we will be staying somewhere else…

        The room is a very nice size, bathroom is small, the water takes forever to warm up, location was excellent 👌 the parking was frustrating to get in and out, the arm never worked, the kitchen for breakfast they were very rude

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
