At the lobby you're welcome with a modern and clean design. You made believe you're in a brand new hotel. That was my impression also during booking. And that is true for the lobby, but the rooms upgrade, at least the room I stayed in. Didn't receive the same upgrade. While it was very clean and well equipped it lacked the same sfeer as the lobby. The contrast made it look like it was left behind. Also the information provided during booking was not 100% reliable. The included breakfast was reduced to a voucher you could use by the present bistro and limited to one drink and one choice of meal. Any extras needed payment. The bistro was actually a nice touch, but it should have been made clear that breakfast was not an open buffet like other Marriott locations during booking as i would make other choices. Lastly the location was a little outside of everywhere. The price was indeed lower than other options, but i did not expect to be in the middle of an industrial area. As simple tourists we were surprised by this. Further we sleep wonderful in this hotel. And would recommend for anyone looking for a good bargain. Just do not include breakfast and give yourself the freedom to choose your own drinks and meals.

I really love Marriott and I can always count on a great experience, BUT I just stayed here and I'm very disappointed. First, the hotel looks very nice, clean and modern. From there the issues started. I could not use my mobile key, they had to give me a key card. They said the system was down. Alright, I understand technology can be an issue now and then. Next, I get to my room, very comfortable and clean. I want to take a HOT shower and relax. Let the water run for 10 minutes, never got hot. Not even warm. At least it wasn't ice cold like the cold water was. The next day at 6 in the morning, still no hot water. Time to get my Free breakfast. I now have to stand in line to get a cup of coffee. It's those little inconveniences that make your stay a bad experience.

The hotel was nice and clean and room was OK for the price, but the person at the front desk was not very nice, he didn’t greet me in a polite manner when I approached him to ask him if I had breakfast included, he was very serious, It seemed to me that he didn’t want to be bothered. I didn’t get his name, but he was working yesterday 12-31-23 at 9 am. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and I have breakfast included and they didn’t explain anything to you when you check in. The people at the Bistro cafe were very nice and friendly. The people at the front desk need to be more friendly because they are the first people a guest is in contact with when you arrive at the hotel.

Horrifying experience. Rude service. Was stuck on the cruise ship 4 extra hours. I booked a room with early check in for myself and my small children. I had email confirmation showing the room was paid online and the statement in the bank account showing the payment had already posted. The woman at the front desk argued repeatedly with me that the room was not paid for and was wanting to run my card for the room fee plus the deposit instead of just the deposit. It felt like a scam. So we went to another much friendlier hotel down the road. Still trying to get a refund from this horrible hotel.

This is usually my go to hotel when I travel for work in the Miami area. This week I decided To switch. The construction of the roads leading to the hotel has been a nightmare the last two stays. During my stay the fire alarm went off several times for two of the nights between the hours of 2-3am. When I asked the front desk it was seem it was not as much as a concern for them nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. For me it was a huge disruption. After working all day and having to wake up very early the alarm kept me up and I was not able to return back to sleep two days. Basic fundamentals of hospitality is providing a comfortable place for guests to rest and not sure front desk staff fully understands. Also noticed a foul smell near the elevators and hallway on the fourth floor. It could be the trash can liner gets changed but not sure the actual trash can gets disinfected.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
